Is good that shampoo good for greasy hair?

Don't have specific experience because I don't have greasy hair but my hair is coloured and I have to wAsh it every other day.....it smells good and keeps my hair in good condition, retaining the shine.

I googled this for you. The Company claim they are cruelty free and don't test the product or ingredients on animals. They cannot claim to be Vegan as it's possible that the finished product or formula may have come into contact with traces of egg or dairy.

Is this okay to use on colour hair ?

Yes. No problem on coloured hair. Adds moisture to dried ends. Very good product.

Does washing the hair twice in one go give better result? I usually wash my hair twice as find it is better than once? Many thanks

I usually give my hair 2/3 separate applications of shampoo and massage and rinse each time I wash.
