The watts is 6W but it does not say if that is at full power. I would assume that is at full power but not 100% sure.

How many Lumens is this?

Lumens are not given, only that it is dimmable, and that there are three color temperatures, warm at 3000 to bright white at 6000.

This states being a 3 pack, are there actually 3 full light gooseneck lights in this?

I think the "3-pack" bubble is a mistake, trying to say it has three color modes, i.e., you can select from three color "temperatures," 3500K, 4500K and 6000K. I'm using it as a reading light clipped to my headboard and this selection of modes plus 10 steps of brightness adjustment works well for me. But it's just one lamp.

Do you need to press the ON switch every time the power is turned ON? Or once ON is pressed, it stays ON?

Your question seems to relate to if the power adapter / cord is plugged into a "switched outlet," and the lamp has been turned on with the lamp cord switch, if you turn off the power to the outlet, will the lamp come on when the outlet is next switched on. In this case the answer is no. The lamp needs to be turned on with the lamp cord switch each time you want to use it. Therefore it cannot be used with a wall switch.
