Don’t buy the reconditioned toners as they will damage your printer. Yes these might be expensive but they are reliable. The last one lasted me a year with fairly heavy use. I’m pleased with Brother products. The software is perhaps not great, but printer quality is excellent and reliable. Much better than Hp rubbish that I’ve had in the past.

We're using this cartridge in a Brother HL-L2360DN and it seems to last for ages, very impressed. The print quality is also much better when compared to various refilled alternatives, the genuine product is far superior and worth the extra money.

I've had my brother fax machine for many years and it is easy to use and keeps going strong - I've never had any problems with it. I bought another one about six months ago for our shop. This toner cartridge is excellent. I only gave 4 stars because it isn't a product about which I could say "I love it"! It is fine, seems to last a long time (although having said that, I don't receive a lot of faxes each week).

The TN2320 Cartage fits my brother printer and it dose the business so to speak. From a personal point of view I find that using a laser printer as opposed to an ink jet or other ink cartage based printer, has turned out to be economically beneficial. I would recommend considering purchasing a new or replacement printer, to give serious consideration to using a toner based laser printer, over an ink cartage based printer. I find these cartage to be straight forward and fairly essay to install. Amazon may not be perfect and at times things do go wrong, through I have found that when I have contacted customer services and explained the situation and what has gone wrong, they have been very helpful and very efficient in putting the situation right. Therefore I would not hesitate to use Amazon again for the purchase of printer supplies, as and when I require them.

good quality toner - i went back to the original Brother toner as the replacement compatible one that I was using just wasnt cutting it.. too pale, lots of stripes no matter how many times I cleaned the wire and drum. As soon as this one went in, perfect prints.

Easy to change

I bought this original Brother toner to look after the printer and get the best life out of the toner. Although the print quality is good, it lasted less than a year with only occasionally printing and quite obviously printed nothing close to 1200 pages. Which? reviews recommend going to the higher quality alternatives (not the bad ones) and I will now do that and will be paying half what Brother charges.

We use brother printers and we haven't always been satisfied with third party cartridges that are compatible so we decided to stick with the main brand version. I do recommend doing this as you can tell there is a significant improvement in text printing. The two major issues with this product however are that: 1. You don't get 1,200 pages out of them. Based on tests we've done at work you're likely going to get between 800-1,000 pages. It's still good but not as advertised so brother needs to fix that. 2. They don't advertise that the toner cartridges are refillable and the premium monochrome ink can be sold separately as a pack of 2 or 4 and is a third of the cost. Overall it is a good product but the advertising is a bit misleading and glossing over the fact that you can refill them which is awesome, they refuse to inform you that you don't have to spend another £35 on toner. My only recommendation for brother is to just come out and sell your own ink liquid separately. A lot of us would buy it due to the quality and it would be more environmentally friendly.
