Cheaper options out there as with most things however you get what you pay for with this product, great for hangovers and general hydration pre or post workout, thirst quenching and taste great too… all flavours 👍

Great for so many things
Absolutely love these. Taste fantastic. Great for rehydration after sport or take at night to wake up fresh and ready for the day or as a mid afternoon slump pick me up. Pack full of vitamins, what's not to like and come in loads of different flavours. Pina colada and apple and pear are my favourite but haven't tasted them all yet

Decent but could have a stronger flavour profile
Decent taste, could do with more of a flavour as with 500ml water it feels too diluted. But the sodium and other electrolyte contents in it are great for endurance and hard training.

Solid sticky lumps
Each sachet was soild and wouldn’t pour from the pouch. Had to cut it to get the sticky lumps into my glass, took a lot of stirring to even get it to dissolve partially into the water. Requested a refund.
