Stainless Steel Leak Proof Vacuum Insulated Travel Mug, 480 ml, Blue

These flasks are easy to clean, they keep drinks hot for hours, never leak (please see comment on this below), have survived numerous drops (filled and unfilled). The clever double latch system is such an important feature on these flasks. When the release is pushed in, the lid opens on to a second step which depressurise the the flask (heated air above your hot drink) and stops the pressure throwing open the lid and flicking coffee across the room. After filling the flask with a hot beverage, I usually shake the flask a bit, release the pressure, click shut again and then throw it in my work bag. This has ensured that I never see a single drop leak. I've been using my earliest purchases of these for over 4 years - actually, due to me wanting to avoid work's communal kitchen areas during COVID. With routine cleaning, the first units have and continue to perform perfectly, without the need to buy any spare parts. These really are the very highest quality and I would feel lost without mine - which is why I now have one for each day of the week.

I have been using travel mugs for my work for years now and was ok with my Contigo mug but it just didn't hold the heat very well and you could feel it radiating out the heat which ment it cooled after an hour which for most would be acceptable. I on the other hand sip my coffee and because my hands on job I leave it in the car and this can be for a long periods of time, it's frustrating when you come back to a luke warm coffee. I saw this brand Zojirushi on a review page and it seemed to score hi on keeping things hotter for longer and so looked on here to see if they had any and though it's seems expensive £30 and the fact Zojirushi own review/sales jibber was not as shouting out about how amazing it is, as the independent review I went ahead and purchased it. It took a few days as it was not a prime product but when it did I was very pleased with the build quality. I don't know what the coatings on the outside but it feels like a premium product, and it performed amazing, the lid is very well made and is leak proof, it also has a lock just in case you press the open button by mistake not that is likely to happen. It felt comfortable to hold and it feels cool to the touch with no radiating heat. And finally the main point of keeping my coffee hot for hours this product just blew my mind, I have done alot of hours recently and on one occasion I left the fladk/mug at my office full of hot coffee and then forgot to grab it when I went home leaving it overnight for a full 24 hours. I had no expectations that the contents would be warm let alone hot so you can imagine how stunned I was that when I emptie the coffee was still hot. I can't recommend this enough but also aware it's seems alot for a travel mug.

Absolutely excellent thermos! It keeps liquids hot for hours and hours. If I fill it with just made tea at night, it is still too hot to drink in the morning! It is very sleek and slim in design. Easy to operate with one hand (not as easy and fast as the Contigos but certainly safer and more robust). Cleans easy, though you will need a brush to clean the bottle as it is too narrow to fit your hand. I have it for over a year and it works great and still going strong. Highly recommended. Update 2 years later: My original review stands after 2 years of frequent use. Excellent thermos, maintains temperature as day 1, paint finish as good as day 1, no chipping. Some staining internally from tea colouring, but it can be scrubbed away. It has come with me travelling, hiking and daily in the office. I have ordered another one because my partner broke the lock button on this one and finding a replacement stopper in Europe is almost impossible. We won't be disposing this one of course, it is still perfectly functional, just wouldn't trust it in my bag with the broken stopper. It's a great investment and has brought a lot of value in my life, so happy to get a second one.

Excellent for keeping drinks warm and not leaking. The only downside is the painted outer body scratches very easily. I've only used mine for 2 days and has several noticeable scratches already. Would have been better with a vinyl coating. Aside from that I would still recommend buying one.

I don't often write a review, but for this travel mug I make an exception ! It is marvellous! You like your tea or coffee hot ? It will stay hot for hours. In fact I was so impressed, I made a little try out and the mint tea I made at 8pm was still nice and hot at 10 am in the morning ! Not lukewarm, no really warm. Like leaving it in a mug for 5 min kind of warm. perfect. And than the other things I like, Is sleek and unpretentious. No huge handles sticking out so it fits neatly in any (hand)bag. It locks like a vault, so no accidental spillage. And its easy to pop the top for a nice hot ( or icy cold) drink. The way the spout is formed it doesn't drip all over your shirt. And the top is big enough to insert ice cubes. I like it so much, I am going to have it engraved with my name, so IF I leave it somewhere it might hopefully be returned. (and it might remind my kids who the mug really belongs to) . It's a bit more expensive than any other of the top brands I have used, but worth every penny.

This is one of the best, most satisfying, products I've ever bought. The only issue is that a hot drink remains hot too long. Once you understand this, you get it to the right temperature before setting off, and it just stays at that perfect temperature until you need it. I make a drink in the morning and drink it in the evening, on my drive home. How good is that?! It's also really convenient to drink directly out of and easy to operate while driving

I've had many travel mugs over the years and this one is pretty much perfect. My drink stayed hot for hours - in fact I took the lid off to cool it down faster. The lid is really easy to open with a slide of the locking mechanism and a press of the lid catch. It's completely leak proof but also easy to take apart for cleaning. The size and shape and nice and compact - it seems smaller and lighter than other travel mugs I've had with a similar capacity. All in all, it was well worth the wait for delivery.

I've been using many well-known brands for my travel mug. Hydroflask, frank green etc, but noticed they seem to lose the heat within a few hours. Zojirushi is a well-known brand, I own their rice cooker which has lasted me over 10 years. I only can find this brand in Asia, this flask has been on my wishlist for a while. I recently had a notification of the reduced price of £27 and ordered right away. It did take a few weeks to arrive from the USA, but more than happy to receive it. On first impressions, this stainless steel flask is super lightweight, lighter than the current ones I use. The slim profile makes it easy to fit into the side of my backpack. The travel mug/flask fits 480ml of liquids, perfect for my matcha lattes, teas and coffees. The matcha latte I made wasn't too hot when I poured it into the flask. I was very surprised to find my drink still hot 4 hours later. It outperformed my other products miles away. The outside doesn't sweat even with the smooth metal finish. The double-wall vacuum seal works very well. I love that there is a pout-style, which controls the amount of liquid when you drink and the lock at the front is handy. To stop you when accidentally opening the lid. The sprout can be separated from the lid, which makes it easy to clean.
