Very Good Quality tape.Strong grip, sticks well during workout.

Provides good support to my shoulder muscle injury during my games. Also, support works for 2-3 days depending on how much the muscle is used or movements. Value for money.Just to mention one thing that while removing this tape, the adhesive actually is very sticky and sometimes painful to get it off the skin. I do rub oil on the tape but still hurting.

Precut kinesio tapes save a lot of time in my clinic. These are ready to use " I " Strips. Glue is very good. One application on my patient lasted for 5 days in this humid climate , was very impressed with that. Also good water resistance and Last but not the least , price range for a precut tape is very competetive and impressive. Will order more for sure.

The media could not be loaded. Glue is not that much strong that It can hold upto 5-7 days. It will hardly stay for 1-2 days after that it starts peeling off on its own. Also not a water proof tape it easily gets wet while it gets in contact with water.

Perfect item for any sort of muscle sprain. But always wear this as per your physiotherapist suggestion.

The product sent is uncut. Ordered twice just to make sure. But recieved the same uncut tapes. Disappointed.
