Excellent DAB, FM Antenna.
This DAB, FM radio antenna is simply amazing, I've got a "Denon " compact hi fi,and it's got a signal quality display, 1 to 8 before with my old ariel on some radio stations I was getting 3 to 5, signal quality. I was getting 8 with the BBC. and local DAB stations, but now since I've been using this ariel, iam getting all DAB stations on 8 and 7 signal quality, and most on 8 signal quality. Very pleased with the result.

Bingfu Telescopic Aerial
DAB FM Aerial Review This is a telescopic DAB and FM Aerial and I will list the plus and minus points under separate headings. It is supplied with a number of different connectors to suit different receiver connections. Reception I found with this aerial that the location of the aerial and, given the length of the aerial cable, the radio receiver location, were critical to good reception. With the receiver and the aerial in the middle of the house, furthest away from external walls and windows, the reception was very poor and unreliable. When I moved the stereo receiver and aerial next to an external wall with a window, things improved dramatically. By extending the aerial and pointing it in different directions with different angles from the vertical I was able to achieve very good reception of the FM and DAD stations in my area. DAB stations tend to be all or nothing when you move the aerial position – there is no slow transition from good to bad reception, it just cuts off completely and this could make finding the ideal position a matter of exhaustive trial and error. A solution that worked for me was first to tune for FM, because you can hear the FM signal going from poor to good, without the dramatic go/ no-go of DAB. With the aerial positioned for good FM reception, I found this positioning now worked with some extra, very fine movements for optimum DAB reception. When tuning for nationwide DAB stations, the same station is often broadcast from different towns or areas near you and there could be more than one source, so it’s worth comparing them for the best reception and selecting the strongest. Practical Considerations. This aerial has a small base approximately 50mm in diameter, this if fine if you are using the aerial in a near vertical position but it will topple over with the aerial inclined much off the vertical. I found that the base is magnetic and I was able to secure it to the steel base of my TV to prevent it from toppling over. Without a suitable metal surface to secure it, you would need to introduce a metal plate of sufficient weight and diameter, or find a way of clamping or glueing it, if the aerial is off the vertical. FM and DAB compared to streaming services My receiver is capable of playing streamed radio and podcasts and this is good for playing previous broadcasts and worldwide radio. There have, however, been instances where a certain UK national broadcaster has indicated it may stop streaming services unless you sign in to its Sounds App- not possible on my system - although at present my Denon receiver can still play all its stations. If you can receive DAB or FM broadcasts you are receiving one-way signals, without interference or monitoring of your listening habits by streaming services or smart speakers, and this autonomy may appeal to some. Conclusion I found that the aerial was a vast improvement over the indoor aerial, supplied with my system. I was able to pick up all the DAB and FM stations I wanted to listen to in my area. It must be remembered though that the DAB and FM quality varies across the country and this combined with the aerial’s physical location will determine the effectiveness. This aerial is probably amongst the best indoor aerials, but as with all internal aerials, bear in mind that there a lot of local variables mentioned above. Ultimately, an external, high-mounted aerial will almost always give better results and pull in more distant stations, but these are more costly and more difficult to install, and a good indoor aerial may work for you.

Bingfu 79mm retractable
I bought this bingfu to replace a little direct screw on retractable jobby which was ok until i decided to move my receiver to another part of the room and it stopped working completely. No such problems with this bingfu which works perfectly providing 8 out of 10 dab radio signal on all my favourite stations. The magnet on the base is easily powerful enough to firmly hold it on the side of my metal shelf unit allowing full extension of 79mm aerial which seems to work best at diagonal angle. Plenty of lead (3m) leaves many options for positioning. This aerial works even better than i could have hoped for and I'm absolutely delighted. Hope it works as well for others. Great piece of kit.

Not very good
Not such a good aerial. It doesn't really improve the signal over the aerial that came bundled with my new tuner (radio). And the aerial's attached cable doesn't appear to be to be a shielded cable, as moving it after placing your aerial seems to affect the signal, either for the better, or more likely for the worse. The longer story: I bought a new radio for my stereo. It came with a bundled aerial which wasn't getting a fantastic signal. So I bought this aerial, and also the diapole aerial, both by Bingfu. I didn't know which would be better, and they weren't overly expensive, so I thought I would get both to test them on my new radio and then just stick to the better one of the two. Well, it turns out that neither is really any good. What did work for me is the following. The tuner is plugged to the amplifier that also does my TV (both are in my sitting room). With the plugs supplied, and because of the bad signal, it occurred to me to plug the radio to the TV signal to see if the aerial on the roof for the TV would somehow do a better job of picking up the FM signals. It's a TV aerial, not an FM aerial, but still, I thought it was worth a shot... It turns out that the TV aerial on the roof of the house does a MUCH, MUCH BETTER job of receiving FM signals, by a long shot, than any messing around with the placement of the indoor aerials in the room. All you really need is an adaptor to connect the F-type FM aerial on my tuner to the TV socket. So, if you are in a similar position with a radio next to a TV, I would strongly suggest you try this out. Oh, and my TV signal booster amp seems to boost the FM bands too, which appears to be quite standard for TV booster amps.
