Fast Lyte Fasting Electrolytes – A Simple, Effective Game-Changer for Hydration
I’ve been using Fast Lyte Fasting Electrolytes for a while now and it’s become a non-negotiable part of my routine. This powder dissolves almost instantly in water—no clumping, no stirring forever—and it does exactly what I need it to do: keeps the Charlie Horses at bay. What I really appreciate is that it’s not one of those overpriced, sugar-loaded electrolyte packets. Fast Lyte is basically tasteless with just a light salty note, so it doesn’t ruin the flavor of my morning water bottle. It’s packed with the nutrients I actually want without any unnecessary extras. If you’re looking for a clean, no-nonsense electrolyte powder that works, this is it. Highly recommend.

Found the right electrolytes product
After what was its testing phase, it's been put through the wringer as far as seeing if there were positive differences in overall effectiveness in day-to-day life. Glad to say that it performed very well, and so did I myself, along with a few others who were interested enough to give it a go and see what resulted. As a relatively fit person for some years, and also a veteran who's operated in hot climates, I truly wish this was available during times when it could have been needed the most. In certain locations with harsh conditions, no matter how cold a beverage is, it cannot do what's needed to keep you from having the constant desire to maybe stick ones head infront of a air conditioner or from health injuries related to exertion and heavy fatigue from all kinds of stresses placed upon yourself, so it is advisable to, of course, hydrate throughout, preferably well before let's say a simple workout, on to a mission that a person has to perform at their best. This product is marketed as a tasteless fasting electrolyte powder, which is meant to be consumed to help with fasting, not having to break that same fast, and for other purposes, not necessarily having to do with a simple fast. The biggest test that was given to see how effective this product was was during a hot, humid summer, exposing myself to the bright sun and intense exercises that lasted sometimes hours at a time. I've been preparing for an upcoming deployment, and there was some time to see whether or not this product can do what it says it can. Needless to say, I'm taking it with me. On a scale from 0 to 10, it is a definite 10. It passed all the rigorous testing a person can do, having played with the dosages and timings of consumption. Mostly done upon waking, or if that window was missed, before training, with an added dosage after, let's say, a training session outside in a hot summer sun. My performance has been outstanding. There have been many positive changes easily noticed, compared to what could be done before this specific product was used, so when it was incorporated, major differences were again easily noticeable. To be honest, I wish I had this years ago, though I'm grateful to have it now, and would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in something that won't waste your precious time and money, let alone one's health and performance. We have all heard that Gatorade is best for hydration, which is true to a certain degree; it can help, though it was originally designed for endurance athletes who needed to keep their precious skeletal muscle, mainly those who play professionally in all manner of sports. We've all seen those cups being used in games, filled with something simple that anyone could enjoy for themselves. Plenty of times, Gatorade was used in desert conditions, though for me, the high sugar content wasn't very appealing. Water was overly consumed, which was ice cold (if we were lucky), and that is common sense; that's why it felt great. So when, at all, a person keeps drinking cold beverages nonstop, it can be a sign that all it's doing after a while is to help lower the internal temperature a bit, which, don't get me wrong, is great for morale, and make something that is grueling less grueling to experience, though it also unnecessarily stresses one's body, flushing away things like electrolytes out of where you need it the most. There are plain reasons why a person can drink nonstop and still feel so very thirsty. Adding a bit of this product to one of those beverages could have saved the fatigue experienced during an event, promoting personal performance, along with not having to subconsciously trick yourself into feeling you may need another beverage to see yourself through. In the military, nothing is ever guaranteed, basically just like most other things, really, so to depend on food or water at any given time simply creates a level of dependency which can hurt you later on, so there's no telling what the next second can bring, let alone the next day. It's best to take care of things well beforehand, which is what those like myself, along with others who need to be prepared, do during one's own downtime. Yes, this product still creates a certain dependency in itself. Not having it will definitely be noticed. So, on a relative scale of dependency, the convenience of something that can be stored ahead of time- a little bit of this powder goes a long way- and is much better than, let's say, carrying a full Gatorade bottle around. Once that bottle is gone, it's gone; then what can you do but wish for another? A better option is to simply carry a little bit of this powder around, using it whenever needed, as needed. This has been a pleasure to have around for my own needs. An entire bag can last for long periods. It's easy to use. The dosages can vary depending on who is using it and for what purposes. Upon awakening is when it's normally consumed. Most days it's a twice-a-day routine, which has been noticed by well-kept note-keeping, doing a decent job of seeing what differences something like this can make. With fasting, keeping a fast period less fatiguing, there has made a major difference in aiding that. Noticeably, not having to constantly drink beverages was seen after day one. Workouts have improved through it all. Other types of rigorous training have all seen massive improvements. Having fewer spikes of sugar makes all the difference in the world. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, no matter the person or circumstances. If this is your first time searching for an electrolyte mix, you most likely won't be disappointed in this purchase. Using it has been a treat. Good luck, guys.

I've been buying this for the past 3 years. It's my go to when things are not moving smoothly. I'm not sure how much it is actually a reliable product but it works. I have stomach conditions (ibsc, gerd, slowed digestion) & ehlers danlos syndrome. Both cause water retention, and lost of electrolytes. When it gets humid, cooler, or just when my stomach is not working with prescription or diet, this is my savory. Maybe tmi, but for someone who could go months without movement and this can help move things along within the day to following day. It's a life saver! I use a table spoon per half gallon for those days when I really need it. And for other days, 1 tsp daily to every other day per half gallon. I would recommend mixing it with flavored packets or In drink. It has a fizzy taste that can take a bit to get used to (especially in larger amounts). The price is not terrible for the amount and lasting (can last me 1-2 years) and for the cost of most electrolyte powders.

Clean Electrolytes
Highly recommended! No stevia or “natural flavors” added and no bad taste, either. It’s main but totally easy to drink. I went without electrolytes for a few days and WOW could I feel it! This isn’t just one of those supplements one takes wondering if it’s actually doing anything. IT REALLY DELIVERS! Great price, too!

Gross but effective
It’s yucky, no way around it. It’s not even the flavor really. It somehow manages to make water feel thick. However the balance of magnesium, potassium, and sodium is king. If you’re on a budget like me and don’t want to buy a bunch of supplements while fasting, go here. Suck it up and suck it down. Use lemons.

Salty because it's salt. Put it in something sweet!
So OF COURSE this stuff is gonna be extremely salty. Anyone who is surprised by that just did not know what they were ordering. I put this in my daily lunch smoothie and it tastes amazing. My smoothie is as follows: 1 scoop sixstar protein powder 1 cup frozen fruit (mixed berries if using chocolate powder, tropical blend if using vanilla) 3 handfuls of spinach 1/2 cup dry oats 2 tbs ground flax 1/2 cup vanilla oikos triple 0 3/4 cup coconut water 1 4cc scoop of electrolyte powder 14 ice cubes This results in a 32oz smoothie and the umami/sweet flavor combo is addictive. Literally the highlight of my day!

Amazing!
The price is fantastic per serving, way better than the only other brand of non flavored non sweetened electrolyte power on the market. I've been using this for this last year for everything from hiking/backpacking to keeping the throat lubricated singing on my parish choir. I actually quite enjoy the salty taste personally but I'll admit I'm likely an outlier there. Also not making medical claims here so grain of salt (har har), but I feel like this stuff helps me regulate my blood sugar better, especially when doing longer fasting (I'm not diabetic but mildly hypoglycemic). I'd give it a 10/5 if I could it's honestly that good and the price can't be beat.

Nicely Balanced Electrolytes, Unflavored, Unsweetened
I have purchased and used at least four different electrolyte powders including a favorite brand of YouTube influencers. Some have no sodium at all. The influencer brand has way too much sodium for my level of physical activity. This supplement powder, however, has a nice balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium with a token but meaningful amount of calcium. There are flavored brands that contain sweeteners that I find cloying and which actually make me feel fatigued because they evidently stimulate insulin production. This is highly counterproductive when one is trying to fast because higher insulin also stimulates appetite. Fortunately, this brand does not flavor or sweeten. Finally, there is the question of packaging. There's another brand that is quite similar in its formulation, which would be my favorite, but the amount in the bag is about half as much. This would not be a big problem except it is hard for me to extract a measured amount from the bag since the bag of that brand is too small to fit my hand into. This ends up causing a lot of fiddling to extract the product from the last third of the bag. In this brand, the bag is nominally the same face dimension, but it contains nearly twice as much powder, meaning the problem persists for about half as long as a percentage of product life. A longer handled scoop would help in both cases. And maybe one with a boat-shape so one can scoop out of the crevices at the fold. There are some keto salts that eschew sodium altogether which may have a place in a keto practice, but I find this moderate sodium version to taste better and to be more satisfying. As a person who does little vigorous exercise and does frequent fasting of various durations, I find FastLyte supplement powder to be ideally suited for my keto-inspired lifestyle.

IT WORKS
This stuff tastes BAD, let it be said, if you are expecting some sugary / glucose / aspartame / stevia slop, you won't find that here, this stuff tastes like sea water or maybe slightly worse. However if you are searching around for a CLEAN effective electrolyte that isn't filled with random chemicals this is exactly what you want, it is a pure combination of different salts that does exactly what you want.

best value real electrolytes
Best value real electrolytes that I have found and used. So much expensive garbage out there with extremely small amounts of potassium and sodium, I am glad this exists and will continue buying for years to come.

Speedy delivery
WE placed our order on Monday and received delivery on Tuesday. We love these electrolytes, best on the market. Expensive but does not contain sugar or colors and flavours. Taste takes some getting used to but when you can handle it you'll love it.
