Is this collapsible walking stick adjustable as I am only 5 ft 1ins?

Yes I am 5 ft 2ins and it adjusts perfectly for different heights.

Is there a maximum user weight?

I have one of these sticks, i bought It a couple of months ago. it's one of my sticks I use very often i love it to pieces . However, regarding to the maximum weight usage i am also around 14 stone and as i do rely on a stick and put a lot of weight onto it, the stick did start to bow. when i use another stick that i have which is a lot thicker in the frame they have not bowed so far. This walking stick should be used for light pressure. It's very light weight, I do recommend but caution to not put huge amounts of pressure on it :)

does anyone know how on earth you adjust the height on this as it comes with no instructions and i cant see how

There's a small brass button just below the crook of the handle with line of adjustment holes, all you do is push the brass button in and slide it into the adjustment hole that suits.

yes,I buy my rubber ends at the nearest place that has a key cutter/shoe repair service.
