This is the best combination for MTHF i found.

Expensive to try if doesn’t suit. Tried it for 2 weeks
The company very helpful to warn of side effects but sadly I got them despite taking a vitamin they suggested to counteract. I have the genetic mutation C677T MTHFR and was occasionally taking a cheaper supplement of methyl folic acid. This did not produce side effects and helped with sleep and energy levels

Quality product
I have just started with the product, but so far so good. I also bought the 5000mcg from this company as well because I'm pretty sure that I need more of this type of folate on a daily basis. Having the MTHFR gene, I was happy to have discovered this product. This will definitely become part of my daily regimen.

Good quality folate supplement
I have used this particular brand of Folate for years. I lack a certain gene to absorb or convert folate from food. Before taking this my folate levels were low. Now I take them 3 x per week. If I have any issues I just add another day. Works well, good quality.

Love it as this is an active form of folate and is easier for the body to use. Seems like a good option for those who look for a more bioavailable form of vitamin b9. Love it and recommend it
