Perfectil Platinum Skin Radiance Tablets with Time-Defy Complex, Vitabiotics

I’ve been a loyal Vitabiotics customer for years, regularly using Perfectil and other supplements from Amazon and Boots. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the products — until now. I recently purchased a box of Perfectil Platinum Radiance directly from Amazon (third time purchasing it), and I noticed some concerning differences. The tablets in this new batch (manufactured in 2025) are noticeably smaller than previous batches. They also have no distinctive smell, and overall, they don’t feel as premium as the ones I used to take (manufactured in 2023). The earlier tablets were larger, had a strong, familiar smell, and gave me noticeable benefits within 30 minutes of taking them. Unfortunately, the current batch has had none of these effects. I even emailed Vitabiotics customer service a few days ago, asking for an explanation, but I’ve yet to receive a response. The difference in product experience is significant and, frankly, disappointing. I’ve come to expect better consistency from this brand, and I’m genuinely wondering if there has been a change in the manufacturing process or formulation. As a long-time customer who has recommended Vitabiotics to friends and family, I’m now left reconsidering my loyalty to the brand. If this change is permanent, I’ll have to explore other options for my supplement needs. Hope the company addresses this soon, but for now, I can’t recommend this product.

I'm lucky to be blessed with good skin but I have been using the standard skin nail and hair tablets from this range for the last 8 mths. I had great results from the standard tabs but wanted to see how much my skin could improve. I have been taking the supplements for about a fortnight and I have broken out in spots! Gawd :'( I reduced down to 1 tab a day but the spots still keep coming though not as many. Obviously not for me. I'll return to the original strength and hopefully my skin will return to its former state. I'll be happy with what I have and have learnt if it ain't broke then don't fix it!

I am absolutely furious with this supplier. I ordered several things on the 1st July and everything else turned up within a day or two. I waited a few days before contacting the seller and they assured me the package had been sent first class and should arrive by the 9th as promised. Today (9th) they contacted me to say they had SENT a replacement and that I should let them know if I intend to file for refund so they would cancel this. I told them I would wait a couple more days. An hour or so later they CANCELLED my order and just tell me to file a claim. I have never experienced such god-awful service at Amazon. These people just lie. NOT ordering from amazon for this type of thing again, third-rate merchants. Disgusting.

I expected a bid more from this product seeing the reviwes and the price. I can't say there is any change. Actually I've noticed my nails start breaking a bid more and I had to buy nail care products in addition. I signed up for repeated delivery and they wanted to charge me £30 for the next box,which is unacceptable. The £21 I've paid was not worth the product. Disapointed.

Made my skin feel weird by the 3rd day.Felt like how your skin looks after a few days of giving birth. Also realised that I was unusually hungry all the time a day after taking this the first time.Ruined my intermittent fasting journey and gained about 4kg more so stopped taking it after 4 days .

The last 3 packets i bought was ok, but this very last packets, i found out that the expiration date has been tampered with. I will not use it, and i will never buy again from Amazon.

Brought me out in lumps and bumps all over my face and back which I've never seen or had anything like this in my life - doctor advised me to stop straight away after only 3 wks and now i am back to normal - i already had perfect smooth skin, i just wanted this extra help to keep me staying with young smooth skin not turning in to some sort of monster freak - never again

I have read so much good reviews about this product so I have tried it myself to see if this would work for me but unfortunately it has not, which is very sad :( as i had my worst break out ever.

I'd be ordering more. A very useful addition to beauty regimen that gives you a beautiful complexion and clear skin as well as all the vitamin and nourishment women need.

Boxes came crushed and expiration is June 2026. Considering these cost AUD $78- not great. If they didn’t come from the UK you can be sure I would have returned them!
