I recently got sucked into the Peak Design mobile ecosystem, and I'm absolutely obsessed with the quality and user experience; this phone case is no exception. I've been traveling with it for a month and a half now, and it's held up well so far. The edges are soft to the touch, but they haven't scratched or ripped yet, even though I've dropped it on the pavement a few times. And I'm pleasantly surprised by how durable the fabric backing is! It doesn't stain or scratch in the ways that I thought it would. It has a raised lip for the iPhone camera bump, but at the same time the thickness of the case evens it out a bit so it doesn't wobble as much as a naked iPhone when you set it down on a table.I'm very happy with my purchase, and I can't stop running my hands over the two different textures on the case. It's also super satisfying to feel the magnets click into place with the mobile accessories, so it's like I've gotten a built-in fidget toy too. If you get this case, definitely buy the stand wallet to match -- it's life-changing.

I use this mount on my gravel bike and it leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.Most importantly, it’s solid - and I mean solid - I never have any fear my phone is going to dislodge.The phone attaches to the mount with a satisfying click and a slight magnetic pull that guides the phone into the right orientation.And unexpectedly, the compatible iPhone case is slim and beautiful. I thought I’d end up swapping it on and off when I’m out biking, but it’s a great case for daily use.None of this is a surprise when you consider that it’s from Peak Designs - everything I’ve ever had from them is fantastic in design and quality.

This case is extremely well made and fits so well that it looks like part of the phone. The materials are high quality and the slightly curved edges feel great in the hand. The camera ridge is also smartly designed. It extends higher than the lenses for protection but doesn't feel bulky. My only complaint is that I wish the magnets were strong enough to hold the phone to a metal surface. MagSafe stuff will connect fine, it just won't hold itself to a metal surface like some other magnetic cases (MagBak).

Great Phone Case

It took me a couple weeks to get use to it. I was hesitant when it first arrive, but I'm overall happy with it. I was expecting it to be slightly soft, but it's not at all. It is very well put together, though. I do have to say that as a woodcarver I am not pleased with how it attracts dust, but that's my fault for not thinking about it. The finger loop is very difficult to get with one hand, and not worth the effort anymore. When I want to use it, I use my other hand to lift it up instead. Prolonged use with the loop can make my finger sore as it puts pressure wanting to go back down. The fact that it's straight up and down, it is awkward to use, too. I found my middle finger to be the best, but it's still a little weird. The magnet is very strong and works/holds tight with my Magsafe charger and my Verizon car mount. It also charges on my older QI charger. I will say that all in all I still prefer it over other cases, because I like having a texture versus the feel of plastic, and well, there aren't really any other options for quality textured phones. No issues with buttons either.

I am a huge fan of Peak Design owning a few of their backpacks, so I was happy that this phone case matched the design of my other items.First off, the overall look of the case. It looks so much better than most cases with the waterproof cloth, and the accents and protection around the center mount is a beautiful metal. Way less boring than a plain finish but without graphics or anything taking away from the clean lines. The sides are textured just enough to be way better than my Apple leather case, which was absolutely trashed when I got the new case.The case is very protective and sits just a little taller than the Apple case. It has a mount for proprietary accessories with a unique mounting system, but attached to my MagSafe mount with ease.And last, the loop seemed sort of gimmicky but after trying it out it works really well, and as all Peak Designs product folds completely flat In a recessed slot on the back of the case. The loop allows you to hold the phone without having to hold it by the sides. For times when it will be in your hand constantly, it works better than I thought. I will add some pics of that so you can see that feature in the wild.

Stays on my handle bars through the bumps. Upgraded iPhone and still fits, just a little tighter.
