could you hang with command hooks?

Is the mirror made of actual glass, plastic or other kind of fake plastic?? Some reviews say that the mirror quality is horrible...

It's made of actual glass. For me, I was quite pleased with the quality when it arrived.

Does this mirror come with fixings?

There are two clips attached to the back of the mirror. I then drilled to screws into the wall and hung the mirror from these screws using the clips already attached to the mirror. Instead of screws you could fit picture hooks. Either way you have to provide something yourself to attach the mirror to the wall ie screws, picture hook or similar

Does the diameter size of 60 cm include the bevelled edge? And can you hang this mirror from the top or does it have central hanging mechanism?

Yes it includes the bevelled edge, the hanging tags are just above the middle. I hung ours on picture wire. Its a great mirror 👍🏻
