Nice feel and looks pretty realistic but due to its softness, it is very tricky to use. The thin soft sides are very stretchy and do hold via the vacuum created inside, tightly to the penis. I have a 6inch penis which I'd say, given the stretchiness, is the minimum you need for this big boy. It will easily accommodate a larger penis.So the problem is, that inside at the end of the extension wants to bed off the end of the penis when there is any resistance applied, so the top just wants to fold over making it tricky to get in.This was a first time purchase of an extender sleeve and subsequently I've bought anouther from love honey(mega mighty 3") thats a little stiffer and doesn't bed at the end. And the other half prefers this. I also do too but does have reduced sensitivity compared to this one. Which could be useful if you cum quickly.It does make a good masturbator sleeve though but I'd say it needs some re designing so that the inside near the end is somewhat a more stiffer or better fit to the end of the penis so it doesn't roll off the end as easily as it does.
