Xvive CU4 Hard Case for U4/U45 in-Ear Monitor Wireless System for Stage in-Ear-Monitoring

I recently bought the Xvive U45 which I've used on 2 gigs so far with great success. I love the unit, it's performing exactly how its intended. While it is sent with a soft bag for storing, this offers by no means any protection at all. It's not much more than a cloth sandwich bag. I'm one who really takes care of my gear, so I started looking for a case and saw that the company has one with a link to it on Amazon. No brainer. The case is pretty much all you could ask for with proper protection for this little unit while supplying ample storage for the other items sent with the unit (as well as enough for my earbuds in the little bag). You can see from the pictures what else I'm storing in the little zipper pocket (my earbuds, the XLR-1/4" adaptor, the charging cable, and the Xvive manual). The addition of the fabric flap is great for keeping the unit untouched and therefore unscratched from anything in the zipper pouch. Not a lot of room in the zipper pouch, but adequate for my needs. The case is very, very durable, I have no fear of this being unreliable. The zipper is a bit tough, but I'm okay with that. The unit's fit is quite tight. I was going to make a video of me furiously trying to shake the unit out of the case because it's really, really tightly in there. Really tight, there is zero play. I prefer it this way. Overall, the case is a very good size, ridiculously durable, and gives me absolute confidence that my U45 will be well protected. 10/10

Mine kept accidentally turning on and the battery would die, this hard shell case is amazing. It’s durable and the dedicated slots for your hardware are awesome. The price tag is incredibly fair as well.

I'm laughing cuz some of these reviews are about a NON ELECTRICAL CASE for XVive U4/U45 IEM unit. (Battery life?!?!?! HAHAHAHAH). Same company, so obviously it fit perfectly... Does exactly what I wanted it for...holds TX aand RX units and a a couple of adapters (the packaged XLR Male to 1/4 MONO adaptor and a 6 inch XLR Male to 1/4 Stereo for emergency connections). But for stuff like this, I have a Harbor Freight Apache 5800 rolling case for myself only for IEM, 2 mics, necessary cords and adaptors....overkill, but I know what I got...

The case is very solid, very protective, probably waterproof to 100 meters (joking). It is overkill but I needed some kind of case. These X-Vive in ear monitor transmitter/receivers come is a crappy drawstring bag that by design, doesn't stay closed. These are frequent in Amazon China made electronics. The devices need a case because everyone I've spoken to in rock bands complains that they switch on in the bag so they are dead at the gig. We need a tiny case to put these in the guitar case to keep them the tiny switches from turning on. If either transmitter or receiver is dead you are out of luck. We need a small case to do that but this is the best that is offered unfortunately.

It's a protective case for the Xvive U45 in-ear monitors. Works well. A bit bulky but that helps sell its 'protective' attribute. It keeps the pieces of the U45 separate and hence more scratch protective. Otherwise, the pieces will bounce around with whatever gear is in a likely accessories box that you'll take to a gig. Your choice.
