Can it be used with synthetic oil?

Should not be used at all. Caused my engine to seize.

My engine seized after adding this to my truck engine. Drove 10 miles. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you go over, 7qts of motor oil will still be acceptable. It is recommended to idle the engine for 10-15 minutes or to get better results you may drive for about 12mi. If your engine has severe contamination - you could try going for 90-120mi with it, but no more. This is a very powerful solution which will clean everything thoroughly. can i leave the cleaner on the engine until the next oil change?

I wouldn't. My engine seized after putting it in my engine of my Nissan Frontier and doing a quick, "warmup" drive.
