This sounds obvious but you can calculate the total power usage the peripheral components in your system use by simple arithmetic. The PSU max peak power is 200W; Your CPU requires 35W, the HDD WD Red (4TB) drives read/write power usage is 4.5W per drive and the idle power usage is 3.3W per drive. Any other devices in the system will require specific power demands such as CD/DVD drive, Mainboard, cooling fans, etc..
