I decided to "buy-in-bulk" because I do a LOT of baking, and although there was a one-star review, I thought that I would take-a-chance on this product, and I am glad that I did. It has been a heaven-send! When you work-out the price-per-KG, it is cheaper than any other place (I checked on MySupermarket), and of course it is a trusted brand as well. It came in perfect condition, and has not let-me-down! I have been using it for more-than-a-month, now. I was concerned about the bag breaking, but I can see that there are THREE LAYERS of protection between the sugar and the air/outside, so I am quietly confident it will hold well. I use a large food bag clip to keep the cut/opening closed/sealed, of course, otherwise dust and dirt etc could get inside, which is an absolute MUST. I am also getting a large (30 litre) food-grade container for this and the other bulk-buys I am going to be getting, which are around £10 each, and worth the investment for extra security, sustainability, freshness, etc. I shall, of course, update this review if the bag breaks or anything, but I think this is my best purchase in ages! TOP TIP: If you use a blender, you can carefully convert this sugar into icing sugar with a few seconds of blending! It is so, so simple, and saves a fortune because you do not have to buy yourself icing sugar as well as this caster sugar! There are videos on Youtube that show you how if you want a better guide. It works for me and my baking!!! :-D
