I’ve just bought this. it contained the nmc refill cartridge and the nano silver refill cartridge. can’t see how to use the silver refill though??

thank you for your question. The 2 refill cartridges contained in your product delivery are the NMC Cartridge and the Dechlorinating Filter Cartridge Lemon. Both can be used alternatively and are placed into the handle of the blu Ionic Power Filter (one at a time), so either place the NMC Filter Cartridge OR the Filter Cartridge Lemon into the handle for usage. Both consumables are available in 3 piece refill value packs.
 The Nano Silver Filter Chamber is part of the filter unit in the head of the blu Ionic Power Filter. As a replacement filter it is contained in the blu Ionic Power Filter Spare Part Set.
