These are not suitable to replace the factory key shell - they‘ll wreck the PCB electronics.

Useless as replacement. The original core items don`t fit at all! Yes, the original board fits, but the battery pack nor the shell replacement battery connectors fit at all to it! Goes in the trash. Should have looked more carefully on the last picture.

Cheap. Solid, no difference to the iem Mercedes key itself. Mine was starting to fail, worn out and tired looking. Timpsons quoted £60 knowing it was just the shell. Easy to dismantle the old key and assembly is just as simple. Now the key works 100%. Solved the ignition delay too, something to consider. Can’t believe it even has the three-star badge!
