Good Premium Product. The charge lasts for long maybe 2 weeks or more. I use it at its lowest speed as am not used to it but i am surprised how water can clean all particles stuck inside teeth. The force of water is more. You need to get used to it , i have dicontinued toothpick using and am regular witht hus now. Got reference of this product from our company dentist. There maybe other brands too.

The Caresmith Pro Oral Flosser is quite useful water flosser. I have been using it for almost a year now, and I can tell once you start using you will wonder why you didn't use it before. You'll find it hard to live without it. Your daily dental care will feel incomplete if not using the water flosser. It's very effective specially if your teeth has gaps. After a proper brushing you may feel it's all clean. But as you will use the water flosser, tiny bits and pieces coming out will realize that toothbrush alone doesn't clean your teeth completely. I am really satisfied with this flosser and would definitely recommend it. I would also like to add a few words of appreciation for the company Caresmith. Last month the flosser suddenly stopped working. Since it was within warranty I contacted their customer service. I was skeptical if I will receive any support but they promptly responded and arranged for the replacement of the flosser with a new one. And it's working fine. Thing is electrical/electronic devices can go out of order abruptly. What matters is the warranty and whether company provides the suppot. In this case I found Caresmith genuinely sincere. The flosser has 1 year replacement warranty and the company kept the promise. Since I am satisfied with the product and service I am happily giving it 5* :)

I purchased this in 2024 May, Flossor stopped working within 1 year,company had replaced it immediately, But now after 7-8 months of it’s replaced product also stopped working. So company’s two flossers lasted only for 17-18 months only And now no warranty exists and company is asking 400-600 rupees for repair. Where as other unbranded flossers I can get from 500/- with same specifications ,than what is the benefit to buy so called branded product .(I think this company also import Chinese products with only their logo on it). Addendum after 3-4 days: As machine is not working I have opened it and found water in it So as per their claim IT IS NOT WATERPROOF.

Good product at this price. Decent service. But typical Chinese-made product - if you are lucky, it will give trouble-free service for a long time.

Don’t buy this..! This is my second product from Caresmith. They sell sub standard products for the high price that they charge. The battery life is terrible…you will have to charge after using only 2-3 times. The motor will give up/malfunction within six months of regular use. Complete money waste unreliable product.

Works as expected. Just got it today. So I cannot comment on the life of the device. Packing was good and delivered intact.

I feel little more pressure on gums and gums become pain during the oral wash. Even I use the soft pressure point option. I think my gums are weak or they can reduce the pressure force in the machine.
