Would recommend as a delicious middle of the road coffee
Goes down well with everyone that tries it, have had several people ask me to send them the details of this after trying it. Clean taste, fresh, nice crema and can be drunk as espresso or with milk drinks. Medium strength. I use it in the sage barista impress express to good effect

Perfectly Balanced Espresso Unitil Last Order
I've been a loyal customer of Brown Bear's Blue Mountain Medium Roast for a while now, and my last few orders have been consistently excellent — great aroma, smooth flavour, and everything you'd expect from a quality 100% Arabica bean. That's why I'm so disappointed with my latest order.Sadly, this bag just doesn't taste the same. The coffee has a flat, stale flavour that suggests the beans may not have been as fresh as previous batches. None of that lovely richness I've come to expect at Strength 3 — just a dull, lifeless cup.

The taste is naturally slightly sweet, but not like sugar, juts a bit. The taste is mellow and not burnt like expreso great it you enjoy coffee thats not bitter.
