Okay for small areas
It's a water based paint and will work only for couple of months or say one Summer season, cooling is good on fresh painted surfaces but it absorb very much dust and surface become dark and starts heating like a black body, so you need to clean it regularly in a dusty areas, it may help little as a waterproofing solutions to painted surface, the areas like terraces, price is too high

Didn't work, paid advertising
This is useless product. It didn't work the way it is advertised. It only reduced 1 degree temperature. Wasted approx 9K rupees. Seems like the reviews and advertising are paid. Pathetic
