Arrived fast, great illustrations and a good idea to show which exercises target which strokes. It is a little bit difficult to understand in places.

Very good book
I rate this book highly. In the main section (all chapters after the first) it has detailed descriptions and images of exercises for the major muscle groups involved in the four strokes plus starts and turns. Very useful.

Great book if not a little technical
Great book if not a little technical, but it helps to focus how and what muscles to train for maximum benefit in the water. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting to target dry land training exercise programs.

Complimenti per la spedizione che è arrivata in 5 giorni dopo la data di ordino. Proprio il libro che cercavo: esercizi fuori piscina che servono a rafforzare i muscoli durante il nuoto. Il libro è in ottime condizioni dato che ci sono solo dei segni a matita in qualche pagina, ma che si possono cancellare e riportare il libro come se fosse nuovo. Consigliato il venditore ed il libro :)

Für Trainer und Schwimmer im Leistungsbereich ein Must-have! Das Buch ist super aufgebaut und die Animationen sind sehr hochwertig und leicht verständlich. Das Englisch ist leicht verständlich und man benötigt auf keinen Fall ein Wörterbuch zum Nachschlagen. Für Hobbyschwimmer kann ich dieses Buch jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es doch viel zu sehr ins Detail geht und eher den Profisport anvisiert.

Ok swim coaches, go ahead and buy this book. The description of the exercises is good, the anatomical diagrams of the muscles worked in each exercise, and how it relates to swimming is worth every dime this book costs. I've read weight lifting books for swimmers, and they are usually generic in content, or they are written by coaches who don't explain the "why's". I've got a former swimmer who consults this book before every session in the gym; her personal trainer saw the book and ordered one for his center. Use the "Look Inside" feature here on Amazon, and the content will impress you. Coaches should coach, and by that they should be able to explain the "why's" of what they want the kids to do, too many coaches abdicate that role of teacher. If you get the athlete to buy into what they are doing and why they are doing it, they have longer term success. This book will help take a step towards that goal of being a better coach.

Chapitre spécifique sur chacun des groupes musculaires avec exercices spécifiques à effectuer. Avec une légende pour les muscles à travailler pour les différentes styles de nages. Belle illustration et bonne qualité du livre. Très contente de ce produit pour travailler la musculation hors de l’eau. Aucun programme d’entraînement proposé par contre, vous devez vous le créer par vous même!!
