Product arrived in good packaging and was able to setup with ease. On assembling the bed a strong pungent odour which took 3-4 days. Would have appreciated clear guidance on how and when to use the bed. Otherwise post that the bed feels so comfortable and I have no back aches. I also have gone through surgery in my back which make sitting very uncomfortable in general. However sitting in this bed the bed support feels very comfortable. Good quality sleep. No back aches. Firm but also supple enough to accommodate your posture. Overall great but if sleep is very important for you.

The mattress is of a very fine quality almost 5 * hotel grade. It is soft yet it provides great back support. I was suffering from back pain and sleeplessness. Since I bought the mattress I have been relieved all discomforts and have been able to sleep peacefully. Thanx Sleep Company!

I bought this for my parents. It has been a fantastic experience for them. Although this technology is new and there was some skepticism while purchasing, it has definitely been excellent. It is good even in warmer conditions (U. P.) and doesn't heat up much. Good support for the back and a generally pleasant experience to sleep in. The company representatives are great as well. They are always available for help via calls/whatsapp and genuinely care. I would definitely recommend this. Its a worthwhile investment and has brought a lot of comfort and relief from back pains for my parents.

We bought this Mattress after lot of online and offline research for my parents and one for my self. It is very comfortable and gets adjusted by the sleeping posture. It is very firm, but very soft to the back. Does function very well. Top quality product.Heat retention works very well, good support to the back and good value for the amount spent . Very happy on our choice.

The mattress smelled of heavy disinfectant/petroleum product. Even after keeping in ventilated room for 3 days, the smell did not go. Unable to sleep on the mattress because of the smell. Return of the product is also very difficult. Lot of confusion with the customer service as the pickup personnel wanted the mattress to be packed by customer which is practically impossible to pack back, after repeated requests it was finally picked up but, the refund will be initiated only once it reaches the warehouse. Don't know if the damage if any during transit will be charged to the customer. Quite an expensive mattress but, feel you are lucky if you receive a satisfactory product in the first go, cz the return of the product is very cumbersome and I feel amazon is not prepared for it.
