Well made takes a few days to come from America but worth the wait.
A good mirror clipped to my glasses with a little tape for extra security. Fits either left or right with gentle adjustment. Mine fitted right mirror vertical gives good view of approaching traffic. Still need to look over your shoulder if turning. We’ll made better than the plastic one I had for holidays in Spain. Would not be without this mirror.

Brilliant product!
I bought 2 mirrors, one for myself & one for my partner, and we have both been very impressed with them. After trying them on both helmet visors & on cycling glasses, we have both settled on using the attached to glasses - but they work in either location. Setting the mirror angle up to work does take a bit of fiddling (and can only really be done o the bike). We have both found that we need to turn our head slightly to bring the road behind into the field of vision, but this is no big deal. The view in the mirror is clear (mirror is high quality), and being able to confirm whether or not there is a vehicle sitting behind us has transformed riding pleasure on busier roads. Will certainly be ordering a spare.

Safety first - helps rear view vision
This product seems well made and fits firmly on the legs of sunglasses. Although in usual cycling position, the first thing this mirror sees is my own shoulder, a slight head movement will give a reasonable view of following traffic. Cars, (especially if they have lights on), are easy to register. Cyclists are less easy to see unless they are in close proximity. Have now ridden twice with this gadget. On larger busier roads, it is easy to become distracted by traffic coming in the opposite direction once it has passed and becomes visible in the mirror. I found I was then waiting for the distraction to come past me before realising it had gone the other way. On smaller roads, the mirror seems much more beneficial. This is no replacement for all round vigilence when cycling but served as an assist.

A near perfect design
Very discrete, light, but tough and well designed and constructed. Excellent mirror. Only took a couple of rides to get used to it and get angles correct, and now find my eyes searching for it even on days when I leave it off my sunglasses. Bought it specifically for doing Lands End to John O'Groats (c. 1000 mile ride from toe to top of the UK), already finding it great for checking that my sons are not drifting off my wheel on our training rides, as well as checking for approaching cars (although it is easier to see them if they have their headlights on).

A clever, simple, effective device.
This is a great, simple device. Sits comfortably on the leg of my glasses. I use it in 'portrait' as it doesn't block my forward vision. A slight tilt of my head, and I get a great view behind. I often ride at the front of a group, and this allows me to ensure the group remains together, and to check for traffic behind. I would miss it now, and would replace it if it got lost/ broken.

Best Cycle mirror ever.
With restricted neck movement, this mirror has been a godsend. I have taped it to the visor of my cycling helmet and by slightly bending the arm to a ball park position I can align it so that I can see virtually immediately behind me and with a slight movement of my head I can see what is further back. Absolutely magic and ten times better than any other mirror I have tried. It was recommended by a lady round the world cyclist which seemed a good enough recommendation, my thanks to her and the manufacturer.

Mirror vibrates - useless
The mirror vibrates all the time, making it impossible to see what’s in the mirror. Mirror is flat and small, giving a narrow field of view, too narrow to be of any use. I’ve tried two other makes of spectacle-mounted mirror, and the only rock-steady one IMHO is “Cycleaware Heads Up”. Not in stock *anywhere* in UK for over a year, only in USA. Most of its USA stockists don’t ship internationally, but I did find one. Shipping to UK is > $30!

Wing mirror for your spectacles
I found these after being asked by an optician for a way of looking behind whilst facing forwards. This is a very simplistic contraption but works perfectly, it’s fully adjustable to enable viewing what’s behind you whilst facing forward. It fits on the side arm of your spectacles nice and snug, the mirror on the end of bracket protrudes about 2 inches from the front of your spectacles, the mirror is rectangular made of acrylic about 1.5 inches by 1 inch. It comes with fitting instructions and also gives clear instructions on how to dismantle so it can be fitted to alternate side. There is no real weight to this so when you are wearing your spectacles they fit fine and don’t make them fit lopsided. As I stated at the beginning I purchased these for some one else, but I have received positive feedback.

Muy práctico, se ajusta en los 3 ejes y no se siente el peso en el armazón de los anteojos. Es el mejor espejo para armazón de lentes que he probado

I bought my first bike mirror three years ago when I joined a club and started riding with groups. It was a Zefal Z-Eye. It was a huge upgrade from not wearing any sort of a mirror, but it was of low quality (I had to super glue the mirror back onto the arm. I also had to superglue the velcro back on. I frequently leave my helmet in the car and the heat would cause the fasteners to release). So when my Zefal went missing this winter, I wasn't terribly upset. Needing to replace my mirror, I was wavering between helmet or handlebar mounted. I was uncomfortable with some of the reviews and the price tag for handlebar mounts. Having seen Take a Looks on a number of helmets (eye glasses) in my club and given its reasonable price, I decided to give it a go. Boy am I glad I did. The construction is rugged and once adjusted, stays in place. The mirror is crisp (my zefal was cloudy plastic) and visibility is great. Adjusting it takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you figure out which pivot points do what, it offers a lot of flexibility. I don't wear mine on my sunglasses, my glasses have a lot of rubber on the ear pieces and I felt it wouldn't fit well. Instead, I mount it to my helmet visor. I did not buy the adapter. It will attach to a visor on its own, but not securely. I used a small velcro strip usually used for securing electronic wires. It worked perfectly, nice and secure while easy to remove for mountain biking or times when I don't need a mirror. A zip tie would be a more permanent solution. Even a twist tie from a bag of bread would probably work well. In other reviews I have seen complaints about size or difficulty focusing. I have had no problems. I would say using a mirror is a skill that takes a little practice. While this mirror has very clear images, a bike mirror is better used to improve awareness. It's less about clearly seeing what is behind you and more about you being subconsciously aware of movement. I like it best for when I am passing in the peloton (so I don't cut off riders). It is also nice for making left hand turns at intersections. I would strongly recommend this mirror for anyone that does road riding especially in areas that have busy, multi-line intersections.

Overview: This tool is simply amazing. A no-nonsense lightweight and sturdy tool that performs as designed. It allows you to easily and securely mount an unobstrusive optic on a helmet or eyewear so that you can minimise your rearview blindspot. Whether you are riding a bicycle, rollerblading, longboarding on a skateboard or even walking your nervous pups, you will never be surprised or startled by anyone, much less a fast moving person or object from behind you again. Adjustability: -The tool itself is mallable (steel) in a couple of areas, to enable micro adjustments to suit individual needs -It can be used on either the right or left side; but requires a bit of mental juggling to find the best in/out/up/down option- in my case, it is set up for the right side Pros: -Most affordable option -Light weight, durable -Low profile -Never need to twist your head to see what’s behind you again Cons: -Once mounted, it takes up space
