What Cleats do they fit?

Crank Brothers Premium Cleats...but if You buy the pedals, the cleats are inside.

Do these pedals always end up with the cleat side up, or are they balanced to rest either way up? thx

I use cleated shoes about half the time and have to flip the pedal both ways so I'd say there is no bias to either face. It's the same action as with clip and strap pedals. They're good if you use the same bike for say commuting and mountain biking, but they are definitely a compromise and next time I will get double sided pedals
