Pros are - it feels super secure, doesn't dig into my skin, and I think looks pretty cool. Cons are - the fabric is not breathable at all, so when I'm out for long runs it tends to irritate my skin and I feel like I want to rip my watch off. The buckle looks cool, but if you were moving your hands around a lot - rock climbing, moving heavy boxes etc it will dig into your wrist. Overall, I'm happy, but I'm not sure this is my forever watch strap. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Watch came off my wrist; I modified the band and it is secure *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on 19 May 2023* Very nice watch band and easy to install... in fact so easy to install using the quick connector that if twisting your hand with enough force (ie: while lifting weights or falling from a bike) or it is pulled hard enough (ie: snagged on a tree, fighting in the water) the quick connector may open and the watch falls out of your hand. These happened to me but since I liked it so much I cut off the quick connector and attached the band directly to the hinges of the watch (using torx screwdriver), now the watch is super secure to my hand and I can properly do sports without too much fear of losing my watch. The most likely failure point moved from the quick connector to the velcro, but the velcro requires more force to fail so overall it is more secure. On another note the durability is not excellent; I have used the band for ~8 months and the color has faded somewhat and part of the velcro glued to the band is starting to come apart... about 1/4" but it is still annoying.
