Wella Silvikrin Firm Hold Hairpsray, This is a very good hairspray. This is the larger 500ml version so should last a while as personally you don't need to use much in order to get the desirable effect. Very effective if you have hair that quite fine and wavy hair. This isn't sticky or greasy to touch and i felt it added volume. Can help style your hair if need too. Smell is quite neutral i personally didn't notice anything which is a plus Overall hold well, isn't sticky or greasy great for styling.

This is my favourite hairspray as it has a good spray on it, holds my hair in style without it being too sticky & it brushes out really easily. Great sized can so good value for money

The scent is pretty strong and not exactly healthy to breathe in. I'll get that out of the way first. It also contains chemicals that aren't favourable for your long term hair health either. Sporadic use of this should be fine, but just like most hair sprays, I wouldn't use them daily. Many symptoms can be found online if you research the ingredients here. As for the bottle. I still use it. I use it every now and again on important days out. I'm a male and I style my hair here and there. It mostly holds it to the way I want it but for some reason the hair right at the front just sways a little after use before it actually sticks. It's maybe just not as quick setting as another brand I'd used before. As for the sticking itself. It does work. I use it and have bought this brand more than once. Your hair will keep its shape without being totally stiff or anything like that. It seems to last the day but in harsh winds it still has a chance of moving about, depending on your hair length and type. Brushing it out is no problem. I do that afterwards and my hair is back to normal. Using too much will result in noticeable flakes appearing at the surface of your skin. That is just the spray itself but it can start to look like dandruff. Due to some of the harsh chemicals in the product, I'd recommend brushing it out sooner rather than later and then cleaning the brush afterwards. Why I still use the product? Most hairsprays are just as bad in that respect. Would I recommend it? Not to everyone but yes, I absolutely would.

I have been using this for over 40 years, never found anything else that is as firm and long lasting.
