Sturdy brackets, perfect for creating wall storage
as a woodworker, I am in need of "storage" space for my wood and wood pieces. These brackets are study and easy to mount, perfect for my wood boards and pieces of odd sized wood.

Works great. I use this for my chicken roost support frame.
I use these shelf brackets for an alternative purpose. For chicken roost frame. They haven't broke and I've had them for a year. The up/down strength is very strong. The left/right movements do wobble when a chicken jumps off of the single frame. Still hasn't broke but for longevity if using this for it's unintended purpose than a book shelf, I recommend supporting the left/right movement's' against a perpendicular wall to make it super strong ( which i did to a few of my brackets) I'm very satisfied with the product and it's value and how well it held up against the daily abuse chickens do to it. A little stronger horizontal stability would be a nice future revision if the manufacture happen to read my comments.

NOT heavy duty, but sturdy
I bought these because of the stated HEAVY DUTY in the header and they are pretty strong because of good bracing and welding but they are surprisingly thin metal (under 1/8 inch) Maybe it's high tensile steel which I don't expect to find on Amazon/China imports. They do have a nice paint/finish and cost 1/2 as much as the local big box store.

Excellent shelf brackets
They have a good finish and are easy to install.

Easy to install, all hardware supplied.
They install easily, and most likely will hold the weight I plan on putting on them. I had to make a shelf of 2 9" pine boards, as could not find (in my area) an 18" width shelf board. The support brackets will take up some room, so you may need to allow extra room under them if you are using that space. It was not an issue for me.

Sturdy
Sturdy, perfect for our use at VBS to hold 8' foam board panels. Turned them upright and secured them to wood, they work great! 12 sets in!
