I cannot believe that I got this for so cheap. I have a hiatal hernia and have trouble staying on my back while sleeping. I also have POTS and tend to faint on my period, so I thought some neck support would be helpful to avoid injuries. I was right. The material is so soft and comfortable, and the button clasp is great for upright positions (like on a plane). It is tight but not choking, and of course you can leave it unbuttoned for more mobility. It is just a little thin (very squishy) but doesn’t get flat. But I think that’s perfect for comfort, as it really molds to your position. Additionally, if you want it as a piercing pillow, it is excellent because it can squish a good amount without letting your ear touch the bed. It doesn’t have much adjustment ability, but I think it would fit most average people’s neck. Maybe not the best option for people with larger heads/necks. I am so happy with this pillow, it far exceeded my expectations for a super cheap neck support!

We got this in today, I was leary from the start. I felt the inner cushion wouldn't have the firm support as my other one. We waited and allowed it to to fully decompress. After a couple of hours I noticed the firmness is just not there. I grab it, squeeze and I can made a fist. My other one is very firm and can not squeeze it like that. I'm giving this a mix review. For many people this may be comfortable, but with any amount of honesty; In a short amount of time it will have to be readjusted, it compresses to easily. The snap front collar is cool, as my other one doesn't have that feature. The comfort is good (while it last). Over all a good value for someone just needing a little neck support. But if you are looking for better support and firmness, This one is not the one for you. Just being honest. The blue one I just bought, the tan one is my older one and it's much, much more firm and supportive.

Super comfy. Gives enough support but still cushy. My husband was jealous when I got mine, he had a different one. I had to order him one that same day!

Comfy but hard to store

Forget the other neck pillows, this is the one you need! Sure, it's not those super fancy sleeping ones that are three stories high, but you don't want to be that guy on the plane. This memory foam neck pillow is awesome. It comes in a compact, drawstring bag that shrinks down to nothing. When you first take it out, it looks like a wrinkly worm, but slowly inflates in about thirty minutes to an hour (fully). Realistically, you can use the neck pillow after 5-10 mins, but it won't be fully inflated. The memory foam design is sturdy and supports the neck really well. Unlike those bad neckpillows, this one absorbs for head and holds it in place, so you're not waking up all the time on the flight. The material around the pillow is thin, but durable - allowing for breathability. Fun fact: wear the neckpillow with the snaps at the back of your neck for actual proper use as designed. This keeps your head from falling forward when sleeping and kinking your neck. Skip the lines and price for neckpillows at the airport, buy this one beforehand! At this price, you can't beat it. Worth every penny! Super easy to use and no plastic, cheap smell.

This is a reasonable neck pillow. Stays soft due to the cover. The price is good. Not overstuffed. Can be used when laying down for neck support .
