love these - really help when i have back pain or arm pain- and Hip pain, they re flexible and you can wrap them round the affected area, but you have to sit still , but its very nice and the heat lasts while - long enough to help the ache or pain one may be experiencing - recommended to me by two friends

Love this for lower back pain and period pain. Good length to be able to lie over my shoulders too. Material is soft and it maintains its heat in a safe way to prevent burns. Easy to sleep with as does not get cold if you roll over in bed at night

I suffer from TMD (jaw pain) and this has been fantastic as easing the pain. It’s easy to use and just the right size and weight. Very good value for money.

Size is ok, but , it doesn't have enough filling in it at all , have to decide which part I want full/empty as it has so little filling it won't spread out. Would rather have paid more for a full more useful one 😬
