Yes. Its just 100% pure inulin. As someone doing a stressful job with a history of insomnia, its made me calmer and improved my sleep. I recommend it

Q: Packaging states "with fos" - what does fos stand for?

I believer FOS is Fructooligosaccharide the insoluble carbohydrate which makes it so effective. NB this is a good and effective product. If you have a sensitive digestion I suggest you start slow and build up your dose every 3 days while you monitor results.

Q: Why has it now added FOS ? it used to not have this !

I don't know the answer and I no longer buy it because I personally did not notice any improvement or difference.

Q: Does this taste of anything?

I put it on to my breakfast cereal and can’t taste it at all. I haven’t tried drinking it on its own.
