I used for my guitar fretboard and natural neck. It is amazing! The wood looks nourished and it plays more smoothly for sure. Basically odourless which is great because no one likes smelly guitar hands. This can be used as a carrier oil, but I applied generously first then finished with a tiny amount of lemon oil. This bottle will last for ages as you only need a little at a time.

I haven't oiled my chopping board for years so I thought I'd give it a treat with this oil. I found it easy to apply, gave it four coats as it soaked in well. It really is easier to clean now, very happy.

The product itself is good, it’s just a standard mineral oil. As others have said a little really does go a long way so the bottle lasts a long time. However, this is more expensive to other shops. Ikea do a much cheaper version which is twice it’s size, so this is definitely the last time I’ll be buying this one.

I use a bamboo chopping board and it was beginning to look a bit washed out and had a musty smell even after cleaning it. I looked online and came across this oil and decided to try it because it had such good reviews. Well, it’s brought my 2 boards back to life. The smell has gone and they are a lovely rich wooden colour with the grain of the wood really standing out. Very pleased, a little goes a long way.

I brought this product to initially revitalise a wood block chopping board I had for my kitchen, I had just completed building an outside kitchen table using a solid oak worktop and decided to try to see if it would work as well on a much larger area..as you can see it is brilliant…

This made my chopping board look lovely. No pouring spout just open bottle top, awkward to dispense. Quite an expensive product in the wrong type of bottle.

Mineral oil is mineral oil but, what I should have realised is that it doesn't have a squirty funnel at the end so is awkward to use. I wouldn't buy this one again just because of the lack of a 'squirter'🙂

I ordered this for the first chopping board I've ever made, after quite a bit of research. It is really easy to use - I applied it with a lint-free cloth - and gives an excellent finish. I was in 2 minds as to whether to use it on the wany edge but am glad I did, applying it with an old paint brush. Follow the instructions and it gives an excellent finish with no odour.
