Bright Spark or What?
Quite simply the best daylight L.E.D. (photo-lamp) that I have come across to date. . . . Reasonably powerful spot which can be diffused to produce softer lighting. . . . Fairly accurate 6500K colour temperature, (better than most that I have come across), and if you were wondering about "PAR38"? . . . . PAR stands for Parabolic Aluminized Reflector. BR stands for Bulged Reflector. What does the number after PAR or BR mean? This number is indicative of the diameter of the lamp in terms of 1/8ths of an inch. For example, a PAR38 bulb is (1/8 x 38)” or 4 ¾” across. Ha!

Too early to say if it lasts as long as described: delivered on time

These lasted less than a year.
Ordered two of these on 12 March 2017, fitted in an outside lamp at the back of our house, so only comes on occasionally, product described as 25,000 hours life which at 24 hours a day should last over 2 years, first bulb stopped working after only 10 months, second bulb now stopped working after 11 months. False advertisement, if only one went wrong, I may understand but not when both stopped working after such a short time.

Original advert didn't make clear that this lamp will not work with a dimmer switch so had to return

Bought these to replace filament bulbs, they are brighter and hopefully last longer and are cheaper to run
