Great supp, a little on the sweet side, but better than a few others ive tried over the years(Vanilla is nasty though)! big improvement over endurance and strength...!!

I've been buying for years. Taste is the standout feature for me, non of that synthetic taste you get with other shakes. No bloating or any of that other stuff either.

its a great product that really help me push through my prs. i went from bench pressing 140 to 160 in 2 months on this product. i was stuck on 140 for ages like 6 months until i used Reflex. cons: its rubbish in taste and doesn't shake all that well hence 4 stars but does the job really well. its also a quality product and probably the best all in one supplement out there. does give some gas sometimes but not as bad as other products. i will be buying again but i would say use one shake a day not two as one is more than enough to feed your body anything else is probably going to be a waste. this way it will also last 2 months and u'll still make serious gains

Tastes great, very smooth and mixes well. I'm a very slow gainer so its hard to really quantify the gains it has brought me but I know it contains everything I could possible need and is very well priced. + i like supporting a British manufacturer.

The taste is very strong and cloying, but it offers good value for money.

The product is great and I saw very fast results. My only gripe for want of a better word is the scoop size, it would have been better to put in a smaller scoop and say use two scoops as it has a morrow neck on the tub and it is difficult to get the scoop out.

Flavour is fine. I've started lifting and taking these, and I've gained muscle. I don't know how much the protein powder matters compared to how much lifting matters, but the combination of them definitely works.

Personally, the taste is not pleasant at all. And even though the number of servings (30x according to the label) in relation to the price per container is "ok", I would still not recommend it. I cannot comment on the long term benefits to muscle building and performance improvement, sadly.

Ich habe das Produkt zum ersten Mal ausprobiert mit der Hoffnung, dass es nicht immer die Markenprodukte sein müssen und andere auch gute Protein Shakes machen können die weniger Geld in der Vermarktung stecken, jedoch ist das bei diesem Produkt nicht der Fall. Ich habe schon einige Shakes ausprobiert und kann sagen, ich hab wirklich einen starken Magen aber nach diesem Shake habe ich jedes Mal Bauchschmerzen und fühle mich aufgeblasen. Weder der Geschmack noch die Konsistent ist gut muss ich sagen, es schmeckt eher nach eine Mischung von Schokolade mit Banane, also sehr künstlich und zu sehr pulverisiert was oft einem einen komisches Gefühl beim trinken gibt. Ich würde es ehrlich gesagt am liebsten zurück schicken, wenn ich könnte. Also definitiv keine kauf Empfehlung meinerseits.
