A: Not from this device. It will on iPad for example using garage band iOS

A: It plugs into any phone with a regular head phone jack input.

**Q: Which is the best microphone to use with this for recording acoustic guitars?**
A: It features a XLR-3-31 (1: GND. 2: HOT, 3: COLD) input and you can use any condenser microphones with phantom power.

**Q: Could you use this for an electric drum kit?**
A: HiI plug mine into my mixer so I can mix vocals with music from my iphone, but I guess as long as you can aux out the drums to the Tascam then I would say yes. It has a settings for guitar and mic so I think it would be ok.
