Mcdavid Multi Action Knee Strap

The only negative is the sizing - I bought the small/medium but it felt tight, retuned it for the medium/large but after wearing it once relapsed it was too big. I still wear it but have it stretches round as tight as possible. However, the product is great for doing what it says, keeping the knee cap in line.

Unfortunately it didn’t help but hindered my knee, which recovered when I lost weight anyway. It’s possible I bought the wrong thing for the condition, as a friend benefitted from wearing this.

My husband has a tear in the tendon requiring support so he can keep playing golf - this works well and is quite comfortable to wear so not distracting from the golf.

i choose it because it looked les intrusive it made my knee very sore so i went for an alternative product

If your goal is to suport the knee cap, this is great. Is suportative and not disturb the knew movement, great for running. Only thing is the material of the pad sometimes peal off, even so great knee band
