Has anyone ever used this product for dogs?

I have not. If your question is whether Quercetin with Bromelain supplements are safe for dogs in general, I researched your answer online and found it listed on several alternative medicine sites.  One site with a similar product was particularly helpful.  That site said that Quercetin with Bromelain was "veterinarian recommended" for dogs and cats and its capsule was 500mg Quercetin with 157 mg Bromelain.  It was very specific.  It said the recommended dosage of Quercetin was 8 mg per pound per day, giving one half the dosage twice per day in your pet's food.  It also said this supplement should only be used as long as needed up to 12 weeks at a time, but not given to dogs with kidney disease or those who are pregnant or lactating.  If in doubt, check with your own vet or do additional research. If you read the label for this brand and dose of Quercetin with Bromelain, note that TWO capsules equal 800 mg Quercetin/165 mg Bromelain.  These are "vegetarian" capsules.  Now Foods has a website, so if this doesn't help you with your concerns, you may want to go to their website for more product information or to contact the manufacturer with specific questions.Personally, I have a very high sensitivity to the allium (onion/garlic) family, which is a natural source of quercetin.  The same family (allium) is harmful to dogs and cats.  Taking 1600 mgt daily has really helped me.  So the source and method of creating the quercetin supplement appears to have no true relationship to the same foods that are harmful.  Also, I should note here that due to my own complex, chronic health issues, my doctor is in agreement that it is beneficial for me to take 1600 mg/day everyday and I have been doing so for over 3 years.   I can't say for cats and dogs, but for humans, most doctors only recommend the supplement be used daily for short-term periods rather than continuously, such as during allergy season.  The primary reason for this recommendation seems to be that there are no long term studies showing whether the supplement is safe for continuous, long-term use.  All I can say at this point is that daily consumption at 1600 mg/day has not lost its effectiveness over time and that I am unaware of any short-term or long-term side effects or complications, having discovered none myself.

Is this better with the Bromelain than without?

Be very careful when using bromelain if you are sensitive to pineapple. My 140 point foot testing showed I am not sensitive to pineapple, but a friend of mine found out she's sensitive, after I sent her to my naturopath.  If you are taking a lot of supplements you should be food tested.

Why did they add Bromelain?  Doesn't that rob the body of Iodine?

This is a good thing.  Supplements usually pair Quercetin with vitamin C or Bromelain which help to improve absorption and potency.  Absorption will be increased with the pairing and made more effective. You can buy the Vit C powder bulk from Amazon and mix with water when you take this tablet for even better effectiveness. Both of these are anti inflammatories and digestive enzymes that digest food, and clear up allergies from poor digestion, like sinus issues.
