Does this spray drop water when spraying?

Not sure if it is water but it does drop a white mist, liquid, if you spray on a mirror window it will leave a white residue

I really want to use in my sealed garden nursery with 650 plants that I grow and sell. Will this kill or harm them, slow plant growth in any way? 🙏Xx
