Deceptive product description. They show the product being dispensed using a scoop as if 1 scoop equals 300mg. But in reality no scoop is supplied and to use the product one has to buy a scale to measure the weight. That need is no where in the product label or description when reviewing the product on amazon but is stated on the package when received. Again, that part being left off the advertising is intentional deception.

Since according to the label 100mg of this contains 20mg of phosphatidylserine it might better be called phosphatidylserine 20%. According to several sources (wikipedia.com, webmd.com, examine.com) the typical dose is 300mg/day in 3 servings to prevent cognitive decline. For this product that translates to 1500mg/day in 3 servings of 500mg. Likewise the number of 100mg phosphatidylserine servings in 100g of 20% phosphatidylserine is reduced to 250. Note also that the sources mentioned and the Mayo Clinic suggest phosphatidylserine supplementation is of limited effectiveness and more so for plant-derived vs bovine, which appears to be off market due to possibility of prion infection (Mad Cow). I've noticed no effects from taking phosphatidylserine for several years and plan to replace it with soy or sunflower lecithin in tablespoon amounts in shakes since it makes them smoother and better tasting and is high in a spectrum of nutritious phosphatides.

Phosphatidylserine Serine is such a clean effective herb for my brain health. I can think and remember things so much better. I will always order this supplement from this excellent company. Excellent seller. A+
