To Get the most out of in-ear headphones these things are a must
In-ear headphones are loved or loathed. What camp you fall in to seems to always be about whether you can find a good seal in-ear. You don't get better than Comply tips for seal or comfort. Developed for aircraft pilots originally. They'd have to use them for long stretches in a very noisy environment I'd imagine! So anyone with in-ear headphones should at least consider Comply tips to get the absolute most out of their listening experience. Headphones in the £100+ range are often shipped with Comply Tips as standard. You have to check which type fits your headphones, and I like the these TX- ones with the earwax guards, as not all headphones have mesh at the end of the aperture and cleaning at that end can therefore be a nightmare! And these are the most noise isolating in the range which is perfect for travel but not safe for exercise out and about! I see a couple of reviewers weren't too happy with the sizing. I use the Large ones. I've owned so many headphones and tried so many different types of tips. I'm almost universally a Large in one ear and a medium in the other. The Comply tip sizing is the same, I don't find them unusually small. They're more forgiving though so that's why I use Large in the ear which is more of a Medium! I find it just fine. Other types would not be so forgiving. Regardless of what type of tips used, the sound quality difference when you find the right fit for that tip-type means I always take the time to find what works. And you do get mixed packs to trial. I did that first time I bought them to be sure. One reviewer here said at times when he took his headphones out it left the Comply tips in his ear - only to be extracted using a precision tool. Scary! Because they're so soft I wonder if that reviewer is trying to stuff a tip far too big in to his lug, expecting to feel a fit that exerts more pressure than you get with Comply Foam tips? They expand as they warm up too. The whole point of these is that they feel soft and don't put the pressure on your ear that you get from other tips. That's why I can have them in for hours and still feel no discomfort. For that gent I'd suggest trying a medium and then give them a full minute to expand to your body heat . How's that? Another reviewer bemoaned their durability. Comply do offer sport tips which are more rugged apparently. Not tried them. But again form fits function here. It's that very quality of softness that provides such a good, comfortable seal. Knowing that they're vulnerable to physical damage means I just ensure I store my headphones in their hard case rather than leaving them lying. So for me not a big deal. The few that have degraded a little just prompted me that it was time ti bin them and move onto the next pair anyway. These are dispoable tips by the way! So surely no one buying them would expect them to last for ever? I'd imagine given bacterial infection possibilities I wouldn't want to try. Comply's advice is to use a clean cloth, damp with water, if you ever need to clean them - no alcohol disinfectant. They also suggest you replace them every 3 months. There's no question to me that they enhance your listening experience. I can rest my head against the window in a train, or lie on a pillow for hours, and not feel any discomfort. The great seal, and therefore increase in sound quality that this provides, is significantly better than any of the multitude of other tips I've tried. For my current £80 Denon AH-C400's, but also for cheaper phones I've owned in the past too. So whether you think Comply Foam Tips are worth it comes down to whether or not you think the benefit in listening experience is worth it relative to the cost of disposable tips. For me it's a no brainer if you've spent more than £60 on your in-ears. You're just not getting their full sound quality potential otherwise, and if you listen to tunes for any extended period these t'ings offer peerless comfort. Worth a trial or you'll never know what you're missing!

Absolutely loving these despite the heavy price tag.
I absolutely love this little piece of kit. But my wallet is hurting a little bit. PROS: Comfort -Comfortable in the ear. If you think about ear plugs, they work the same way in which you put them in and they take a second to settle in so that you get a snug fit. Despite the tighter fit in your ear, they are still very comfortable because of the soft material which caves in to the shape of your inner ear. (Might feel a little weird at first because of the different material) -Doesn't get cold unlike the normal ear tips which make it really comfortable to put on during the winter. Installation -Quite hard to put onto your earphones but at the same time makes it hard for it to be accidentally removed which is a pretty good trade-off. Sound -Better noise isolation because they fit tighter in your ears. Really does block out a lot of background noise. -Better sound quality because the ear buds themselves are closer to your eardrums because of the tighter fit of the ear tips. Expect higher volumes, stronger bass, and clearer trebles.(not a big improvement, but are welcome nonetheless) CONS: Price -Overpriced. They really are on the pricey side. CONCLUSION: I've had them for 4 months now and I've only used one pair and they haven't shown any sign of wear off. Honestly, If I ever lost my current ones, I wouldn't hesitate buying another set despite the cost. I can't go back to basic ear tips. But let's be realistic here. It's expensive. Minus 1 star. Around £10-15 would make more sense.

Absolute comfort
I've always had massive fit issues with in ear monitors. I find most silicon tips just slide right out, have a really poor seal, or are very uncomfortable. I had reached the point where I had all but given up on using anything in ear as I was constantly pushing them back in as they fell out, often before I could reach the front door, let alone exercise. Then I was introduced to memory foam tips. I've tried most brands of foam tips and Comply are the best by far. I'm an isolation plus fan all the way. They create a great seal without discomfort even during exercise when most tips would just walk out of my ears. They also give great noise isolation compared to silicon. Don't forget to "roll" the tips before insertion (as per instructions) and do hold them in place for around 15 seconds while they warm up and mould themselves to your ears. You'll get deeper insertion, better isolation and less chance of them slipping out if you do this. The downside of Comply is a tiny effect on treble and bass with some iems, though this can be a bonus if you've got a pair prone to high frequency resonance. With most iems it's negligible and certainly doesn't interfere in the way a bad seal does. Another thing to be aware of is memory foam tips don't last forever, regardless of manufacturer. All are degraded by the natural oils from your skin and will break down over time. I wash mine regularly and they last for ages, a practice I'd recommend regardless of what eartips you use. If you really can't get on with comply and have fit/seal/comfort issues then try AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC which I find to be the best silicon type tips by far. They aren't as comfortable as Comply, do need frequent washing and don't last forever before they start to lose their properties either. They also don't come close to Comply for isolation. Overall Comply are the best and will last as long as I would want to keep an eartip without replacement.

Wow! Seriously impressive fit and sound!
Having ordered these earbuds for my new set of A-Jay Five Headphones, I feel these warrant my very first Amazon review (order hundres of items of Amazon, yet this is the first review :/). I ordered these Foam Buds as every pair of silicon ear buds I have tried, just do not seem to fit my ears properly - They always feel like they are going to fall out, or will fall out with very slight movement. Also, I find that silicon buds are quite uncomfortable. These Foam Buds are absolutely incredible! They fit into my ears perfectly (squeeze them in, place in ear and they expand to fit properly), and are incredibly comfy - After a while you forget you even have them in your ears. Also, they are very very good at noise isolation - With these buds in and some music playing, there's not a chance of hearing anything going on around you! Due to the buds fitting so well, the music clarity is now superb - The clarity of the bass and treble just wasn't there before, but now it's so clear. I know these seem a little expensive (I paid £14.99 for 3 pairs here), but already this first pair has earnt that back! I can't say yet how long these will last (I know a lot of reviews say they don't last too long), but from what I can tell, they are very well made and show no sign at the minute of diteriating! Would highly recommend these :)

Decent and does the job, but break down easily.
Work well but only last a month a pair before they noticeably degrade- this degrading wont prevent their being used but will mean outside sound isn't blocked out as well and can mean you find little black bits of earphone in your earwax! What I will say too is that those saying the reason that these broke down so quickly was due to uncleaned ears- seriously no. I clean my ears once if not twice a day with (Doctors run away now) cotton ear-buds and get to the point where my ears are clear every time because I was told about these breaking down so fast- it makes no difference to do that (or in my case, has not stopped them breaking down as I've not tested to see if they don't break down when I don't go to all that trouble. I also make sure my ears are completely dry (say after a shower or in hot weather or post gym workout) I have been nothing but hyper careful with these and can't think of any faults caused by me. Having said this; when paying £10 for a set of replacement tips, it really shouldn't even be necessary to have to go all out trying to keep them from breaking down inside a few weeks. This is the sole reason I've scored 3 starts rather than 4 or 5. I have tried the original earphone tips which came with the Sure earphones I have and they didn't break down so fast but at more than double what I paid here, it doesn't seem enough of a justification to repurchase those and instead to just stick with these. I'd possibly try another cheaper brand (I paid £10 for all the same size rather than Sure's £25+ for one of each size at the time of purchase) but I doubt I'd spend on the actual branded version just because they last a bit longer- they all break down in time it's just when rather than if.

fantastic product for audio enthusiasts if you look after them
Purchased these for my RHA MA750's the isolation and comfort these provide is phenomenal in comparison to any of the included ear tips. They are exceptionally comfortable and the integrated wax guard ensures no debris can get into the sound canal on the earphones and they don't seem to affect the sound quality either. Now to everyone concerned about durability these aren't a product you can treat carelessly and expect them to last. They are for enthusiasts this means they need looking after due to their construction they WILL wear out. Which is why they come in packs of three if well looked after you can expect a good few months use out of them. The most I've had out of a set is five. To do this after wearing clean them with a tissue don't ram them into pockets and preferably keep your earphones in a case to prevent the foam tips becoming damaged. If you do this they will last a decent amount of time if you can't stick to silicone ones. Yes they are expensive but for the passive noise isolation they provide enabling you to listen without cranking up the volume (and possibly damaging your hearing) they are a worthwhile investment just don't expect them to last if you don't look after them

Fantastic Comfort, not so long lifespan
The product packaging was extremely simple and easy to understand. The tips themselves were slightly difficult to fit onto my SoundMagic PL30s without slightly damaging the tips, but once they were on the fit was very snug so they definitely wouldn't fall off and get lost, so I can live with that. The difference in perceived sound quality is fantastic with these tips; they conform to your individual ear shape and seal it off to give great isolation. The waxguard is a really useful feature, although it does mean that you replace the tips slightly more frequently, which brings me neatly to my next point. The four-star rating is for the life-span of the ear tips. Mine have lasted for (under reasonably low usage) just over two months. This is not fantastic, since my previous ones held on for two years before being unusable, but to be honest they clam to last for three months per pair, so this is something you should just be more aware of when buying them. Overall, they are a brilliant investment if you love comfort and sound quality. They are super-comfortable, and really allow you to listen to your music in a more enjoyable way, even if it only lasts three months.

Astounding
Bought these to go with my SoundMAGIC E30s purchased around a year ago. In short: - Girlfriend blow-drying her hair about 1.5m away this morning, played some Sigur Ros on my phone, volume around 50% (conversation level, I'd say). Couldn't hear the hair dryer at all, or the girlfriend shouting at me over the hair dryer. Bonus. - Been wearing them since then (around 5 hours so far) and I've forgotten they're in; The cables dangling from my ears are more uncomfortable, and they are folded behind my ears and barely noticeable. I could easily wear these all day long. - They are remarkably secure. I had a good fit with the bundled silicon tips with the E30s, but the Comply memory foam just blows them away naturally. Fitting was fiddly (I have wide but shallow ear canals, or some other weirdness), but with a little *less* pressure when holding them in place I got a very comfortable and secure fit without any muffling of the headphones. - One problem: I have no idea how loud I'm being anymore. I can't hear my typing of this review at my keyboard, yet my girlfriend just came upstairs and told me to stop hammering on the keys. I guess that's a good problem to have, though. Comparative eBay review: **GREAT PRODUCT* AAA++++++++++++++++++++++ EDIT: I bought the combi set, and have used the Large fitting for the reason stated above. My g/f, luckily, has Philips SHE 9500 headphones which these fit also, making these a £10 upgrade to my headphones. WELL worth it, IMHO, at that price.

Not waxguard at all
If u just use them couple of time wax get all over and makes it sticky and uncomfortable and hard to get in your ear I would look for better ones.

Great pack to try out different sizes for your ear canal
I got the size 400 s/m/l pack to test out on which suits my ear canal best. I love foam tips as they create a better seal around your ear canals. The foam tips are quite stiff in the beginning but after constant usage for around a month, they will start to soften and making it easier to stuff it in your ears.

Excelentes
