Healthy plant - great value
Fabulous and healthy plant: much bigger than I expected. The packaging was substantial to ensure it was safely delivered. Edit: I needed to contact the supplier (Yougarden) about another item and can advise that they have an excellent customer service dept. Updated Aug 2021 after 6 months. The palm was turning a little brown: I hadn’t realised special feed was required. A couple of months using a palm-specific fertiliser soon nursed it back to health - I used Palm Focus Palm Focus 300 ml https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0083H2EBU?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share My palm has now grown to 1.5m tall and is green/healthy. Update 16.04.2023 The palm continues to thrive and I’ve added another photo to show how green the leaves are. Note that I over-winter in a conservatory as I live near Manchester. The height is now 1.65m - it may not appear much bigger than my last update, but this is misleading because it’s much wider at approx 2m from tip to tip. You should take this spread into account before purchasing, as it does limit where it can be positioned. Also, note the leaves are quite rigid and spiky - perfect for catching eyes, so you need to be aware if you have toddlers running around.

Beautiful plants
Would definitely reccomend these plants - very sturdy, good size and healthy. Have planted one out front of house and the other in garden. Fantastic value compared to others on the market. Extremely happy with purchase.

Very nice palms - look great in patio pots
We purchased these palms after having our house rendered as we thought they would make a great statement in large lots against the rendered finish - they do indeed look great! We purchased large pot to put them in and used John Innes No 3 compost to bed them into. We covered the surface in gravel to match the surrounds but also keep some moisture retention. The palms are lovely, good condition, maybe not as tall as described though. We have just purchased Palm food now to help keep them nourished, and plan to wrap them during winter months to protect from frost

Two healthy plants that are so much bigger and better than I expected. Delighted!
Both plants including the pots stood as tall as me and I am 5ft 4". As soon as they came out of the box they sprung open and looked fabulous. I can't wait to pot them up. Gloves needed! I bought them as a pair in the Prime Day sale. I shall probably buy more even though they aren't on sale now as they are such great value. Instant impact. Wow!

Great quality!
I had been searching all the garden centres for something for my patio and just couldn't find what I wanted. Decided to try buying these and so far, I'm impressed. They came in a huge box which seemed a bit excessive but they did seem to survive the journey so can't complain! The palms were in great condition and about the size I expected... however they weren't tied up and they were then quite difficult to handle as they are so sharp. I also really struggled to get them out of the pots as they were really rooted. I had to destroy the pots in the end. Edit: a few weeks later, one of the plants has some dead fronds. The rest still looks healthy so I'm hoping they can be removed and it will stay nice! Edit: it's now been 2 years and they're still doing well! Even moved home with them!

Unhappy looking tree.
As I can't seem to find anywhere else for these comments, I will air my views here I received the item arrived on time I left it to the guy who tends my garden to put in pot for me whilst I was out on my return I was very surprised by what I saw the bottom branches for want of a better word had been butchered cut short which makes the tree look terrible, I have bought 2 other of these in the past elsewhere and they have always been complete. Frankly not happy at all it would be nice for someone to contact me as I can't find a way. REGARDS Graham Truman.
