Do the treads and wheels rotate? And does the turrent Rotate?

The wheels and the the turrent rotate but not the treads.

Are the tracks one piece or a bunch of pieces that you have to link together?

Tracks are one-piece, flexible vinyl strips, not individual links. Kit overall is mediocre. Turret shape should be circular, not teardrop-shaped, and the kit is overscale, about 1/32nd, to make room for the electric motor pack Tamiya used to include in its kits back in the '70's. But it is an easy build.

Scale is the proportion between the size of the model and the size of the real object. If you take the length of the real object, and divide it by 35, you have the length of the 1/35th scale model. For instance, a 5'10" man is exactly two inches tall in 1/35th scale (5'10" is also 70 inches, and if you divide that by two, and you get two inches).
