Brilliant cleanser, good for constipation
Does the job, I prefer to have it before bed and it is effective in the morning, good if you are constipated it will relieve you. You Don have to worry about spending a all day in the toilet (Once i use the toilet in the morning I am good to go for the all day : be ready to stay seated on that toilet for about an hour). Brilliant cleanser
