I love this powder so much; when I am fasting, I put it in my black coffee, which I think tastes delicious (personal preference, maybe). I've noticed I feel much better and more focused at work since I started including it. Plus, I take fewer bathroom breaks when I drink plenty of water, which suggests it's doing its job and helping water stay in my system longer. Since it's quite high in sodium, it might not be the best choice for everyone, especially those with high blood pressure. If that's the case, you might want to pick a brand with more potassium instead. I agree with others, it is quite salty, but it is unflavoured electrolytes, so it was as expected. I suggest maybe trying the flavoured kind if you are worried about the taste. I don't often do reviews, but I wanted to as this is brilliant stuff at a good price, especially in the hot weather, and I will be a loyal customer.

FInally an electroyle that works during fasting and keto. Mixes well, and disolves easily, does help with hydration particulary if fasting and doing Keto or low carb diet. Did help reduce symptoms of fasting and worked quickly. Less fatigue and value for money. However it does have a slight salty taste, but that's okay for me in coffee. In low sugar squash it does mask the salty taste.

Original review - 1 ⭐. Not the best, I used the bulk unflavoured electrolytes some years ago before switching to a tablet version. I thought I’d go back to the unflavoured powder as it was undetectable when added to tea or soft drinks. On this occasion it’s not my best idea no matter the dose and what I add it to everything tastes of salt. I will not be repurchasing. Updated review 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Since the original review I have done some research and found tasting salt is a sign of dehydration 😲. So I have continued to use the product and a couple of weeks in and the salt taste has gone. When mixed with cordial, fruit juice or coffee is now not noticeable. Just water still a twang. Hope this helps.

Good quality, comes with scoop and completely tasteless, so easy to add the right amount to any drink, mixes in easily. Keeps me hydrated in the hotter months, usually add it to drinks twice a day

As you'd expect with a Bulk product, the elecrolyte powder was good value and it does the job, but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the unflavoured taste is pretty grim. It has an unpleasant salty taste which needs to be masked by misixng it with a flavoured drink to make it palatable. I won't be making the mistake of buying unflavoured again.

Thought I wouldn’t like the taste. It’s excellent and so much more economical than flavoured.

I drink electrolytes when I'm dehydrated from exercise or occasionally when I have a headache from not drinking enough water. It quickly gets my body feeling back on track, making that dehydration headache disappear and helping with recovery. This is a huge bag and the dosage is tiny so it will last a long time as long as you aren't drinking this all the time (which you shouldn't be anyway). It's quick to dissolve in water with a shake or a stir. In the current heat wave, having one scoop of this in my bicycle bottle to drink during/after my hour commute feels like a cheat code for recovery and hydration. Electrolytes are mainly salt so it shouldn't surprise anyone that this unflavoured powder tastes salty, which it does. I don't mind the flavour. I certainly prefer it to flavoured electrolytes that mostly have artificial sweeteners which have documented unpleasant side effects and are generally bad for your health.

Definitely not unflavoured. Well, I suppose if they mean it doesn't have any added flavour. But i put it in a fruit smoothie and it tasted absolutely rank. I taste i can't quite put my finger on. But it's disgusting.

I am avid prolonged faster. I found product to be quite good, taste wise i f3lt it was like less saltier than table salt. I felt quite revatilize after drinking 2g/500 ml . For the price it seems huge bargain

Great product - without any sugar or add-ons. For everyone expecting NO Flavour at all... you must be delusional. Yes of course it has a salty taste. It's salt after all. Just use a pinch in your water and you will be fine. Don't bother with the scoop provided.
