Regards JML **Q: can i use copperstone on an induction hob** A: I can advise these are suitable for induction cookers. **Q: How to fry an egg without oil, mine didn't cook the yolk** A: Hi I cook eggs without oil but I add a few drops of water and I mean only a few drops and then cover the pan with a glass lid to create a steam that makes the yolk cook. I have had several people saying they were impressed by my eggs and ask how I cooked my eggs as the yolk is like poached but clearly is fried without oil. Try my tip I hope it works **Q: Does it fry food properly or are they more like cooked food? I like crispy bacon, crispy meat and veggies** A: Definitely fry's food properly. Not sure about bacon as I'm veggie but cooks veggie burgers, and salmon fillets really well. I saw a similar product on a shopping channel on the telly. (I don't watch shopping channels but this one comes on after normal programming ends on the channel I was watching). I was very sceptical but when I saw this on Amazon I knew I could return it, so... It does what it says. You really can just crack an egg onto it, cook it and slide it off. A simple wipe with kitchen paper and it's clean. I do give it an occasional wipe with olive oil, but I'm not sure it's necessary.
