I have been trying to keep my protein intake high while sticking to a low carb routine, so I decided to switch things up from my usual vanilla and try this strawberry flavor. It actually tastes pretty good, kind of like a melted strawberry milkshake, especially if you blend it with some unsweetened almond milk and a handful of ice. The added immune support vitamins are a nice bonus too. The main issue I have noticed is that it does not mix very well in a standard shaker bottle. If you just use a wire whisk ball, you almost always end up with chalky clumps stuck to the bottom or sides of the cup. Because of that, I basically have to use my actual blender every time I want to make a shake, which means more dishes to wash before I head out the door. It also has a slightly artificial aftertaste that might bother some people if they are used to cleaner ingredients. Overall, it is a solid, affordable option if you need to hit your daily macros and are tired of standard chocolate or vanilla. Just be prepared to use a real blender if you want a smooth consistency. No odor, easy to use. Appropriate calorie content. Good Versatility and digestibility.

There seems to be some debate about whether whey protein is the best kind to consume but if you want to get one gram per pound of body weight of protein powder this is probably your best. It is one of the few brands that publishes their entire amino acid profile on the label so that you know you're getting a very complete protein powder. The strawberry flavor is the best of all of them. I don't like their vanilla and I'm somewhat just tolerant of their chocolate but the strawberries delicious. For dessert I often mix one scoop of this in with some high protein Greek yogurt and then add some blueberries which gives me a healthy and tasty dessert that doesn't Spike My glucose. And then I use two scoops mixed with water at least twice a day to keep my protein intake high. My only complaint about this product is that they do not make the strawberry in the super large containers that they do for vanilla and chocolate and I have no idea why Body Fortress doesn't Market it in the bigger containers. I wish they did. But this is a great protein powder and before my dad died it was one of the few things that we could get him to eat because he loved strawberry and he found the taste of this very appealing so we mixed our Greek yogurt with it and were able to spoon feed it to him to help him keep up the strength.

The taste is great (he actually looks forward to drinking it), and it mixes smoothly without clumps. If you have a teen athlete, especially in a demanding sport like football, this is a fantastic option!

This supplement delivers what it promises: the strawberry flavor is tasty and not overly sweet, and the mix turns out pretty smooth when shaken well. The protein content is great, perfect for post-workout, and the added vitamins are a nice extra. I’m giving it 4 stars because the lid doesn’t seal as tight as I expected and, if you don’t mix it quickly, it can leave some lumps. Not a dealbreaker, but something they could improve. Other than that, I would buy it again.

Have been looking for a good protein drink that tastes good. Got the strawberry flavor. I like that it doesn't have to be put into a certain type of drink. Priced good for those on a budget. I tried it in water since was out of everything else and since it's powder I was able to add a little extra to it and still enjoy the flavor. It dissolved easily , the only issue was the label wasn't perferatod all the way to open it so a little extra of the label peeled off. At least I know it was sealed good and that doesn't effect the flavor or ability to reseal the container so it's just a slight thing for someone with OCD but no big deal otherwise. Exactly what I was looking for. Will probably order again in the future.

My husband really likes this powder. It has a strong flavor. Mixes well into water or milk without clumping. He uses it daily and the jar lasts about a month for him. He uses it for a breakfast protein and finds it fills him until lunch

Love this stuff! Only kind I can find that doesn't taste chalky.. but now it's out of stock and the price has gone up DRASTICALLY everywhere soo looks like I'll have to find another replacement. . BOOO!!
