This is a great cool pack for bumps and bruises for little kids! Great size, just a a bit smaller than a adult hand (pictured). My 4 year old holds it in place on his bump with not trouble and handy size to store in the fridge so can be pulled out for use whenever needed. Design is cute for kids and we’ve used this plenty of times and had no problem with the gelly insert. Would definitely recommend.

My toddler is always getting bumps and bruises and this works wonders! Keep it in the fridge and just pop it on the bump and it helps reduce minor swelling - it doesn’t stay cold for very long though but very impressed considering the price.

It's great for small bumps as a cold pack, it doesn't last for ages, but it lasts long enough. At this price you can easily buy a few of them and rotate them out of the fridge. They are great for reassuring small children you're taking their minor injuries seriously. I've not heated it but the cold aspect is great. I imagine if you were to heat it it'd be great for sinus infections since it's so light and would mould to the shape of your face.

My little girl loves this and asks me to get ‘elephant’ whenever she has banged herself. Infact she wants it to play with even when she hasn’t banged herself! Keep it in the fridge so it’s always ice cold incase it’s needed for any injury. Good value for money.

Absolutely love this for soothing those inevitable toddler bumps! We keep Elly in the fridge, nice a cool but not too cold, perfect for bringing out when the toddler takes a tumble. It does the job, cold and soothing but is also a fun design which also helps little one to focus on something else, she loves holding Elly to make things feel better.

This is the second gel pack that I have bought and they have both split at the seam causing the gel to leak out. Expensive for the longevity of the item.
