Review: Excellent product - This is an excellent product and very similar to the one I bought at Jessops a few years ago. Unfortunately Jessops stopped making theirs, and there are only two places to get this, both in Germany. The other place was a similar price, but wanted £18 P&P ! I would certainly not pay that ! This one was more reasonable for postage and is a great product. It also came very quickly :) Review: Useful but flimsy - These are very handy for leaving attached to large lenses that are too heavy to hold. That said, the material used is quite thin and wears out quite quickly. I'm on my fourth one! I won''t be buying anymore as the price has tripled.

Good, but...
It's a pretty good product, but I don't like that it has slippery bottom. It should be more rubbery, otherwise it will slide. It's the only con, so far. It fits my Canon EOS M10 perfectly and will be great for my Nikon S9900, too. Both cameras are similar in size.

only useful if using a really small lens
only useful if using a really small lens, any thing over a 50mm on a pro DSLR is too heavy and it falls forward, not fit for task.

Can't really go wrong with one of these.
Sold a few other people on these since owning one. Works great and completely removes the worry about where to stand your camera.

Could be brilliant. But isn't.
As far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be much competition in the market for this item - If you want a bean bag tripod, this seems to be about it for now. It's light weight and stable, with secure screw fixing and holds a camera steady. A couple of things that any competition developers might want to build into their models though: 1) the base should be grippy - it's shiny a slippery. 2) I think that it's a bit rigid in shape - It could do with being able to turn 90 degrees (you can habg from the loop, but it's not the same. The other thing, that has already been mentioned, is the price. Jessops are doing them for a tenner at the moment off the shelf. For a tenner, absolutely, but I'm glad that I didn't pay twenty five for it.

Nice Product shame about the price
A good product but avaliable at half the price from your local Jessops or their or their e-Store - google 'Jessops' then search accessories, tripods and supports, by price.

Nifty bit of kit
Was recommended this by Ed Dale and it works a treat. Have only used it for audio devices in the car at the moment but looking forward to using it with video devices too. Very practical

An excellent small photographic "bean bag." I like it's size...small enough to carry in your camera bag but large enough to be workable. Also the attached 1/4 x 20 stud allows you to mount a lens/camera on the bag. (A super feature.) In addition the bag is well made and comes with filling.
